I had been using this product for a long time after using a gentle face wash, and it kept my face under control. Lately i switched to something prescribed by a skin specialist and my skin went crazy, the worst it's ever been, so i think its better to just stick with the bp or your skin will break out really bad.

I've been using Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment for a couple of weeks, and it seems be working. My face is much clearer, even though there is still some blemishes and red spots. It makes your skin feel still and flaky though. I recommend this product for mild to moderate acne. I still want to try to BP Gel though.

i ordered the economy gel but bought this so i can start right away. i have nothing to compare it to, but it seems to do the trick. it's very expensive and very clumpy. it dries quickly like cheap car wax, but you can get a feel for it. just like cheap car wax, use it one section at a time. i kinda like the smell.

Works very well. My skin is totally clear after using this with Dan's Regimen. It smooths on well into my skin, and the Eucerin Skin Renewal Moisturizer works very well with it. Wish it were a bigger tube.

this should only be tried if you have already tried the bp gel. It is overly drying. I dont know why it is called acne treatment, because it s obvously meant to be for dabbing onto single spots. It left a weird crust round my spots, and aggravated spots further. Also v. expensive.

Dries out skin horribly, doesnt prevent or get rid of pimples already there.

I don't care for the way the stuff clumps up when you apply Dan's recommended dose. I only use it at night. I use what is left of the BP that came with my Proactiv kit during the day. Just received Dan's new gel and am looking forward to trying it. As far as price goes, Dan's BP gel is a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better value.

i use this product twice a day on my face and I feel it is great. If I dont touch my face and I apply moisturizer when needed my face will have a good complexion and stay clear. I think this product is better than this guy Dan's product because the active ingredient actually is absorbed by the skin whereas Dan;s product(Bp gel) seems to just float on your skin all day long and not allow your face to dry at all, meaning it looks oily and for me a pretty red. This is the honest opinion coming from a guy with mild acne who knows what the hell he's talking about when it comes to benzoyl peroxide.

I have had no adverse reaction with this product, but haven't seen good results either. It does get clumpy and does leave a white residue where applied, but doesn't help my pimples go away or not come back! I look forward to trying the bp gel.
