| Pros | Smells good Skin felt clean |
|---|---|
| Cons | Isn't effective Drying Makes you break out |
| Bottom line | My skin started to clear up for the first week, but after that I really started to break out. The cleanser also dried out my skin to the point that it was very painful to put any moisturizer on it. |

| Pros | - affordable. |
|---|---|
| Cons | - dries out your face - does not help your previous acne - makes you break out worse than before |
| Bottom line | Although this product is affordable, it will be a waste of money anyways. It does not do anything to help your acne, but instread, it gives you more. You break out instantly, and the pimples from that break out take longer to go away. |

| Pros | Made my face feel clean |
|---|---|
| Cons | Isn't effective Broke me out worse than any other cleanser I've used Runny |
| Bottom line | I've used both the original and the Redness Reducing version (the one in the green bottle) The original held no merit for me. It didn't clear my skin and I didn't enjoy using it at all. I didn't like the smell or the consistency of it, so I stopped using it after about a week. (This was a few years back, mind you) About a month and a half ago I was looking for a new cleanser (I had stopped trying to take care of my acne for years, and had just started up again) and I decided to pick up the Redness Reducing version of this cleanser, since I have fair skin with redness on my cheeks and chin. I loved the smell, the consistency wasn't too bad for me this time, and I liked how clean my face felt afterward. I happily used it for about a week until I noticed that my skin was getting /worse/. I shrugged it off, thinking that this is just how most cleansers work. Your skin has to get used to it first. Another week went by and my face was slowly getting worse and worse. I unhappily thew it away, sad that I couldn't use it any longer. |

| Pros | Cleans oil and make up very well. Makes skin look and feel smoother. Minimizes the look of pores. |
|---|---|
| Cons | None |
| Bottom line | I have been using this product since I was 25 years old (I'm 40 now). It is by far the best cleanser for oily skin. I've tried many other kinds of cleansers and none of them helped. I never actually had acne but have VERY oily skin and this works wonderfully. It's a keeper! |

| Pros | - it got rid of SOME acne. |
|---|---|
| Cons | - drys face really fast - doesn't smell good |
| Bottom line | I don't recommend it. I have SUPER LIGHT ACNE. It's all right, but if you have oily skin it sucks. |

| Pros | Dries up places with acne, but leaves other places fairly ok. Lathers nicely. Helps get rid of stubborn little bumps. Helps control acne somewhat after it is washed off. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Can be drying for people who have dry or combination/dry skin. Hard to wash off. |
| Bottom line | Mosturizer is a really important thing, btw. It will help your skin to not think it's being strip and make even more of it's own oil. I would totally recommend this to someone like me, who has a really, really, really, oily tzone (forehead, nose, chin). It has reduced the size of the pores on my nose and FINALLY cleared up a really stubborn breakout of little skin colored bumps on my chin in a matter of days! I think the reason it will tighten you skin a lot after using it is because there is still some residue left from it, because it is a little hard to wash off. You should follow with a toner or astringent and then a good mosturizer! |

| Pros | Left face feeling fresh and clean smoother skin where I don't have acne clears up some acne drys up existing acne seems to prevent new breakouts |
|---|---|
| Cons | First week or two, my skin felt excessivley dry does not clear all acne |
| Bottom line | I began using this product in conjuction with a BP spot treatment. I later stopped using the spot treatment because it didn't work for my acne, I get areas in my tzone that are full of small acne bumps that are kind of like a rash. So I used just the cleanser and neutrogenas oil free moiustrizer, and I am noticing smoothing of my acne especially on my problematic chin area Bottom line: this product is not a miracle, but it does help. |

| Pros | makes large acne go away |
|---|---|
| Cons | *faces is left irritated *dries out face *only 2% of an active ingredient *leaves acne bumbs |
| Bottom line | The thinking behind this product is to clear acne and take away oils and bacteria that the bumps need. However if you keep taking from the skin, the skin just makes more of the horrible stuff. Which is why you must give your face healthy nutrition so the body doesn't have to make its own oil, which clogs pores. |
