Pros Cleared up acne on upper back and arms! Woo!
Cons Didn't clear up any *ahem, 'bum-region' acne or chest acne.
Bottom line This mostly worked pretty well with me, I loooove it.

Pros Exfoliated

Sticky if not used immediately out of the bottle
Bottom line I had moderate back acne in my teen years and tried using this with a back brush (inflexibility rendered me helpless to wash my back without the help of a brush), it exfoliated my back a lot which felt great, since I was stuck in a 6 hr school day unable to wash my body after PE, only when I got home. However, the salicylic acid did nothing for the back acne (and I also know it never worked for my face), so it's purpose was kind of lost - it was intended to be an acne treatment but it didn't treat acne. The only good thing is that it never made anything worse, it just didn't really do anything at all. Also, if you got any on the cap or side of the bottle that you didn't use, it became really sticky and made it kind of gross to touch the bottle - and it was ALREADY difficult enough to get the stuff out of the container.

Pros This is the only stuff that has worked for me. I have acne on my legs back and arms. My daughter is also using it and she loves it also. Now we have no problems wearing tank tops in the summer.
Cons A little costly and you have to be patient to see results maybe 2-3 weeks.
Bottom line Yes get a bottle if you have extra cash boy 2-3 bottles, you won't be sorry.
Target walmart walgreens you get it at any drug store.

Bottom line i have few acne on my back, shoulder and chest. they maybe few they are huge break outs. been using the product for 2 months.

initial use of the product, my acne breakouts dried out quick. down side was, my arms which are acne free got severe irritation. i had painful skin burn on my arm because of the product.

after my arms healed, i resumed using the product but now i have to moisturize my arm and legs after use. problem solved.

Hard to out of bottle
Bottom line I would definitely recommend this product to any of my close friends/family. It feels really nice and refreshing when you step out of the shower. The only thing is, only put the product wherever you are prone to breakouts. When I say this, I mean, do not put this product anywhere near your groin area, it makes that area extremely dry and flaky.

Cons doesn't really do more than basic cleansing
Bottom line Eh...I don't think Neutrogena likes me...I NEVER have success with their products. This was very basic and just felt like regular soap. Didn't help my back or chest at all. I went through two bottles of this stuff...and...nada.

Pros okay body wash.
Cons Went through two full bottles and has no effect on my back acne what so ever. use NIVEA DOUBLE ACTION FOR MEN! im a women and i use it and it works for my back acne. it tookk about 2 weeks for my skin to get used to this product and get smooth and clear. I ALSO LOVEE the NIVEA OIL CONTROL FOR MEN. again im a women. my dermatologist said it is absolutely fine to use cleansers labeled for men.
