Pros It's a relatively inexpensive BHA product, which is hard to find. Although it does have fragrance, it is very mild.
Cons It's PH is nowhere near low enough to allow the Salicylic acid to be effective as an exfoliant. I tested it with my PH sticks, and it turned out to be between 6 and 7. The PH needs to be between 2.5 and 4, I believe, in order to exfoliate.
Bottom line I added about 15 ml. of some 70% lactic acid solution that I had at home to this product to lower the PH (I tested it, and it is now at about a 2.5-3 PH). Now it will be a two in one, AHA, BHA product, and it will have a PH that will be effective at exfolating. We'll see how it works!

I wish that they had made sure the PH was effective to begin with, and that they had not included fragrance.

I gave it a rating of 1 for effectiveness because of the PH level, not from experience.

Pros Did not irritate my skin or bleach my clothing
Cons It did not prevent new acne frp, forming or heal my body acne

Cons Caused a severe allergic reaction. I couldn't sleep for weeks.
Bottom line You should be extremely careful about taking pills over the counter. It caused a severe allergic reaction that left me bedridden for weeks!

Pros easy to use bottle, sprays well
Cons although it says it does not bleach your clothing, it bleached out the shoulders of half a dozen of my shirts! really obnoxious
Bottom line the slight effectiveness is not worth the ruining of my entire wardrobe

It cleared up my skin right away. I did the spray and the next day i could tell it was better....on the 3rd day i barely had any marks left...and now 3 weeks later i am totally breakout free and clear

This stuff works great, even if you just use the spray and not the pills it works for me. I had about 5 spots on my back and I sprayed it on and by the end of the day all the redness was gone, by day 2 they were just about gone, day 3 they were gone!

It definitely worked! I've been taking it for only 3-4 days, and now my skin is soooo much clearer! However, I guess it works mostly for people who break out due to stress, diet, external factors. I was extremely stressed by school lately, and had, like, 2-3 breakouts per day, but now I have NONE. Awesome!

I started the NC body spray over a year ago because I had good results with the face cream. I've always been more concerned with my face acne (since I have to look at that everyday), but last year I suddenly looked at my back in the mirror and was surprised to see my back was almost entirely red from marks. So I started using the body spray and tablets routinely, it was the only product I ever tried for my back, and after about 3 months, my back was completely clear! I still get a small pimple that I can feel every once in a while, but they never leave a mark. I don't know if the spray prevents acne, but it keeps the marks away! If I stop using the spray for a few weeks, I can see the marks coming back. So as long as I keep it up (over a year now) everything is clear. Also, I am now trying the spray on my face. No, I don't spray it on my face, that's bad! I spray it onto a cotton pad, sort of like a homemade Oxy pad. It gets a lot of dirt out, and I've noticed improvement over a week. Maybe it can do the same thing for my face as my back. :o)

Nature's cure is ok i have only been on it for 2 weeks but i have seen a lot of improvments.But i have had better things like... ACCUTANE the true miracle for acne

This thing did nothing to my skin. Didn't get worse, didn't get better. It did something to my wallet though.
