Pros: Reduces the number of spots as well as their size. Reduces oil production on skin. Cons: You have to chew the pills, not just swallow them and they are chalky and odd tasting. It takes a while for it to work. If you already have somewhat dry skin, this may not be a good product for you. Bottom Line: It worked alright for me. After 4 days, I felt my skin clearing up quite a bit, then it broke out terribly around week 2. I stuck with it, and now I am in week four and my skin is looking better. I get less pimples,and the ones that do pop up are small and go away quickly. This product is good for women with hormonal acne. I get bad breakouts when I'm stressed and right before I get my period. Well, I just survived midterms week in college with no new pimples! People need to realize that this product is NOT a substitute for good skincare. You still need to wash regularly and avoid touching and picking your skin. Pros: Cleared my skin within a week. Cons: None I can think of... Bottom Line: I started using Nature's Cure the fall of my Junior year and stayed on it until this past August. A couple of weeks after going off it I started breaking out a little again. I don't really have acne, just occasional pimples and the occasional cluster of tiny bumps (not whiteheads or blackheads or even zits just little bumps.) I just started again today and I know it'll work because it worked so quickly this time last year. I think the weather change really screws up my skin b/c I only ever break out in Sept-Nov. but this stuff seems to really work. Plus it's ridiculously cheap (only $9.00) so I really have nothing to lose. I recommend this for anyone w/ occasional breakouts b/c it clears them up fast. Once my breakouts were gone I only used it once in a while but stayed TOTALLY clear. So.... Recommended: Yes Usage: ANONYMOUS has used this item for an inconsistent period of time. Pros: It seemed to help lessen breakouts for awhie. Cons: bad reaction and dry skin Bottom Line: *10/22/07 Update: I've stopped using these because my face broke out badly for at least 2 months and my skin tone uneven. Besides, I've felt unusually tired...kinda sick. I think the lactose in the pills caused a bad reaction since I'm allergic and/or something else in the pills. I also realized just how dry my skin became, especially my nose. My skin has been looking way better and my health has improved since I stopped taking them. I doubt I will ever use these again. Pros: hello, i sm the starting quateack for my high schoool.. i was geetting alot of attention from the girls and alll that...then all of a sudden i went from perfect skin to acne... i tried this stuff n sooon after i was back to luv youmy old self again,. Pros: Easy to use, the tablets don't taste bad at all, makes your skin feel clean and healthy. The cream is scentless and quick to use. Cons: Keeping up with the tablets is difficult for people with bad memory. Bottom Line: It's amazing, I've never had clearer skin with anything I've ever used before! Pros: Cleared up acne on forhead which was main problem. Not an endall but keeps it in check if your consistent with cleaning and treatment (cream). It does dry if over applied but all acne creams do this. A good mosturizer (non-comodegenic)can balance Bottom Line: Seems to help with diet alterations such as increased water intake, less sugar and fried foods. Pros: cream is odor-free, spreads easily Cons: pills are probably snake oil Bottom Line: The best benzoyl peroxide cream I've found. No nasty smell like some brands. Cream is thin and spreads easily unlike some thicker brands. Makes my face feel light and clean. I buy the two-part system (since they're not sold separately) and throw away the pills. Pros: It seems to work a little bit...works just fine without the cream... Cons: Dries out skin if u use the cream. Bottom Line: I've been using this for about a week, and I've already seen some results. Nothing significant yet, but some. The bigger pimples on my cheeks and chin have gotten smaller, and the small patches of acne on my forehead are mostly gone. I don't usually use the paste, just because the one time i did use it, it dried out my skin pretty badly. The pills work fine alone. Recommended: Yes Usage: Joe has used this item for about a week.
