I only get pimples once a month and they are not that bad but I do have blackheads that I cant get rid of so I am going to try this stuff and see if it works. From what I hear it should.

i used this product for about 1 or 2 months and i didnt see much difference,i dont know if it was because i was using other at the same time ,,,,it kinda help me but now i dont know which one was helping me if neutrogena, clean and clear or this

This stuff is amazing. you have to take the pills consistently and at the right time. These herbal pills need to be chewed slightly and then dissolved in the mouth especially under and around the tongue, that way they will be absorbed in the lining of the mouth and into the blood stream. Unless the medication makes it into the bloodstream there will be no effect. Pills swallowed, will often not get into the blood, because they never get out of the stomach and into the small intestine where they will then be fully absorbed into your system. I believe this is why it has failed for some. I have never once touched the cream and my skin is 100% clear.

amazing. i loveeee this product. it really cleared up my face well! but go easy on the cream..it will really dry out your face. so start out with one application a day and then gradually start using more.

My skin was absolutely horrifying. I have tried all sorts of diets and food eliminations, all kinds of natural/organic topical treatments. I started taking the pills and my face became completely clear after about 3 weeks. I knew that my skin was sensitive to benzoyl-peroxide, so I did not use that. For those of you with sensitive skin, DON'T USE BENZOYL PEROXIDE! I decided to try Acnomel for the topical treatment at night every other night. On the in-between days, I actually put calamine lotion on the irritated areas. This combination has kept me mostly clear. For about two menstrual cycles, I didn't break out which was amazing. I broke out on the last one, but nothing too extreme as it used to be. I have noticed that the pills make me extremely tired though. I noticed someone else said that. I thought it was stress, but I think now that it's possible there could be something in the medication that causes drowsiness, but it's worth the clearer skin that I have. I will keep taking it.

I used this product for about 4 months...It seemed to help my skin a little bit, but was not a miracle cure.

i just started using this. i dont have bad acne but when i do i have big pimples. it seems to be working but the pills r making me sleeply.i slept for about 3 hours today after taking my am pill. i would recomend this to other people

I don't think the pills make a difference but the lotion is pretty good if you only have a couple of pimples.

It really cleared up my face from what it was and then about a year after using it, it started to break out more. Still, it wasn't as bad as my face was in the beginning so I really recommend this.
