Pros It is pretty effective, not too many side effects, and it improves skin texture.
Cons I ran out for a couple of days and my skin brokeout really bad!
Bottom line Nature's Cure is a good product, in my personal opinion if you have fairly mild acne. I never notice any cons except for the one I listed above. They do not contain a funny taste (they taste like sugar pills) and they do not discolor your teeth like many other oral acne medicines.

Pros Still completely keeps the deep big pimples away from my forehead and face.
Cons Still have the small occasional pimples on my cheeks that are hard to get rid of.
Bottom line It works. The pills can only take u so far, you have to drink water, sleep, and exercise for even better skin. I love this because it gets rid of the major acne problem that I had and I can use face washes for the small mild pimples i have now.you have to use it for at least three months to see results. I know I did, even know it was frustrating as hell. seriously, keep using it, for at least three months. it'll go by faster than u think.

Pros I have had cystic acne since I was a teenager. I am now 50 yre. old. I had adult cystic acne until I started using Nature's Cure. Nothing else I had tried over the years had worked except having the dermatologist inject the cysts. It works!!
Cons I have found none.
Bottom line My acne started with the onset of puberty, so I think it addressing the problem at the hormonal level was the answer for me.

Pros Easy to take, and cleared up face pretty fast.
Cons My face has gotten very dry, and my lips chapped, even though the creme hasn't had any contact with my lips. I've only been on this product for a week, and already the drying out of the face is unbearable!
Bottom line I'd recommend using Proactive. It's less harsh on the face!

Pros The tablets are easy to take and don't taste bad. The price is really good.
Cons It did absolutely nothing!
Bottom line I still haven't found the right product to fix what ProActiv did to my skin.
This one definatly didn't work for me, but everyone's different.

Pros Easy to take chewable tablets. VERY effective. Cuts back on having to use harsh chemicals and lots of creams on skin.
Cons Doesn't 100% solve the problem, but is really worth taking anyway.
Bottom line My skin has finally quit breaking out with huge pimples on my cheeks and chins. If i get anything, they are tiny. I've only used this for a month, but I hope to see even more of a difference. I highly suggest this to anyone who feels like they've tried everything. Give it a few weeks, and you will love the effect it has.

Pros easy to take, no side effects at all, works quickly and effectively and has a great price.
Cons None!
Bottom line You can swallow the pills. They say you can on the product's official website, but they recommend you chew them since it gets in your bloodstream faster. The cream did not dry my skin, but I don't really use the cream that much since the pills are enough for me.
I'm almost 30 and this product seems to work on adult acne.

Pros Affordable, easy to use, natural
Cons Doesn't work as well on adult acne, would be better if it were in an easy to carry bottle
Bottom line When I was a teenager I had horrible acne and nothing worked but this, now as an adult I have found it isn't as effective, but still works ok.

Pros it works better than anything else i've EVER used...and i've tried just about everything else!
Cons absolutely none!
Bottom line i've been using this along with the nature's cure 3-step kit (for females) for just a few weeks now, and i've seen amazing results. i have mild acne on my nose, cheeks, chin and forehead and most of that acne is gone. i still have a few pimples and scars, but it's cleared up pretty well. so the bottom line pretty much is...the cream doesn't really dry out my skin, the pills are easy to take and i'm never using anything else :]
