Pros: Easy to take, and cleared up face pretty fast. Cons: My face has gotten very dry, and my lips chapped, even though the creme hasn't had any contact with my lips. I've only been on this product for a week, and already the drying out of the face is unbearable! Bottom Line: I'd recommend using Proactive. It's less harsh on the face! Pros: The tablets are easy to take and don't taste bad. The price is really good. Cons: It did absolutely nothing! Bottom Line: I still haven't found the right product to fix what ProActiv did to my skin. This one definatly didn't work for me, but everyone's different. Pros: Easy to take chewable tablets. VERY effective. Cuts back on having to use harsh chemicals and lots of creams on skin. Cons: Doesn't 100% solve the problem, but is really worth taking anyway. Bottom Line: My skin has finally quit breaking out with huge pimples on my cheeks and chins. If i get anything, they are tiny. I've only used this for a month, but I hope to see even more of a difference. I highly suggest this to anyone who feels like they've tried everything. Pros: easy to take, no side effects at all, works quickly and effectively and has a great price. Cons: None! Bottom Line: You can swallow the pills. They say you can on the product's official website, but they recommend you chew them since it gets in your bloodstream faster. The cream did not dry my skin, but I don't really use the cream that much since the pills are enough for me. I'm almost 30 and this product seems to work on adult acne. Pros: Affordable, easy to use, natural Cons: Doesn't work as well on adult acne, would be better if it were in an easy to carry bottle Bottom Line: When I was a teenager I had horrible acne and nothing worked but this, now as an adult I have found it isn't as effective, but still works ok. Pros: it works better than anything else i've EVER used...and i've tried just about everything else! Cons: absolutely none! Bottom Line: i've been using this along with the nature's cure 3-step kit (for females) for just a few weeks now, and i've seen amazing results. i have mild acne on my nose, cheeks, chin and forehead and most of that acne is gone. i still have a few pimples and scars, but it's cleared up pretty well. so the bottom line pretty much is...the cream doesn't really dry out my skin, the pills are easy to take and i'm never using anything else :] Recommended: Yes Usage: anonymous has used this item for a few weeks. Pros: Reduces the number of spots as well as their size. Reduces oil production on skin. Cons: You have to chew the pills, not just swallow them and they are chalky and odd tasting. It takes a while for it to work. If you already have somewhat dry skin, this may not be a good product for you. Bottom Line: It worked alright for me. After 4 days, I felt my skin clearing up quite a bit, then it broke out terribly around week 2. I stuck with it, and now I am in week four and my skin is looking better. I get less pimples,and the ones that do pop up are small and go away quickly. This product is good for women with hormonal acne. I get bad breakouts when I'm stressed and right before I get my period. Well, I just survived midterms week in college with no new pimples! People need to realize that this product is NOT a substitute for good skincare. You still need to wash regularly and avoid touching and picking your skin. Pros: Cleared my skin within a week. Cons: None I can think of... Bottom Line: I started using Nature's Cure the fall of my Junior year and stayed on it until this past August. A couple of weeks after going off it I started breaking out a little again. I don't really have acne, just occasional pimples and the occasional cluster of tiny bumps (not whiteheads or blackheads or even zits just little bumps.) I just started again today and I know it'll work because it worked so quickly this time last year. I think the weather change really screws up my skin b/c I only ever break out in Sept-Nov. but this stuff seems to really work. Plus it's ridiculously cheap (only $9.00) so I really have nothing to lose. I recommend this for anyone w/ occasional breakouts b/c it clears them up fast. Once my breakouts were gone I only used it once in a while but stayed TOTALLY clear. So.... Recommended: Yes Usage: ANONYMOUS has used this item for an inconsistent period of time. Pros: It seemed to help lessen breakouts for awhie. Cons: bad reaction and dry skin Bottom Line: *10/22/07 Update: I've stopped using these because my face broke out badly for at least 2 months and my skin tone uneven. Besides, I've felt unusually tired...kinda sick. I think the lactose in the pills caused a bad reaction since I'm allergic and/or something else in the pills. I also realized just how dry my skin became, especially my nose. My skin has been looking way better and my health has improved since I stopped taking them. I doubt I will ever use these again.
