| Pros | At last something that works |
|---|---|
| Cons | Slight bruising |
| Bottom line | Had tried most things. Went to skin health spa and had 4 treatments each a month apart, also a peel at the same time. Skin improved slowly but steadily. I noticed the difference more as the settings were turned up. Used jan marini products at home which are excellent. A course of treatments gave the best results, it's not cheap I can't remember exactly how much I paid in total but to have clear skin again it's worth every penny. |

| Bottom line | I was very concerned about having treatment after reading the reviews on this site. However after a lot of nerves decided to go for it on saturday. I suffered no redness or any other side affects and after only one treatment have all ready seen an improvement. So far very happy. It is however expensive but worth a go I feel. |

| Pros | The private clinic have nice offices |
|---|---|
| Cons | Not worth the risk of permanant damage. |
| Bottom line | Had a first free consultation at the Private Clinic for laser treatment for some mild scars on my face, Was told I now have to have another consultation with the laser expert and pay £100. I was told that I should expect 70-80% improvements. After reading the comments im going to give it a miss. Its not worth taking the risk of making your face worse by using a laser to burn your scars away. The nurse told me that the redness goes away in three days, but reading all the comments this seems to be a contradiction. I am 29 and I think I will wait until the technology is more proven and has a higher credible result, in the mean time I have learned an important lesson. Don't spend £1000s to make yourself feel better, be healthy and happy as there are people in the world who are less fortunate than us. |

| Pros | It works |
|---|---|
| Cons | No cons, just some redness initially that disappeared after a few days. |
| Bottom line | Fantastic results. I've wasted so much time and money trying and buying many products (some as much as 20 pounds at time) that claimed to get rid of Acne. With N-Lite my Acne has disappeared and my life has totally changed. I had my treatments at the Private Clinic in London. Very professional. |

| Pros | Good results |
|---|---|
| Bottom line | I've researched N-Lite on the Internet for a while and discovered many positive articles and rewiews about it. I've finally taking the treatment and I'm really happy with the results and I really mean it. I've read many postings in other forums as well and the positive responses are 85/90% in favour of N-Lite. I've also researched many Private Clinics and found some of them have been established for over 20 years. Surely if they were a waste of time as someone pointed out why are they still in business? |

| Pros | Acne-free in 3 months (with the help of BP too) and completely soft and rejuevenated, healthy, toned skin. |
|---|---|
| Cons | There isn't one. No acne sufferer could put a price on clear skin - its worth every penny. I've probably spent more than £450 over the years on sh*tty OTC products, fad diets and prescriptions that never worked. |
| Bottom line | To any one who has already used, or is currently using BP, this treatment works identically but in higher doses! It produces oxygen under the skin to kill bacteria and also stimulates collagen to promote healing. And it works. My skin had reached such a severe point I can honestly say that I'd given up on life. I used to think about ways to kill myself on the tube - I was so miserable. No treatment worked and I'd been fighting it for two years. I honestly just wanted to die. I found the N-lite treatment on the Skin health Spa website and thought why not. Its saved my skin and my life. I never had an initial breakout or bruising - it didn't hurt. I just carried on using BP (as I'd always done) and weeks after the 3rd and final treatment my skin looked perfect. I was and still am so happy and soo thankful. I'm still using BP in teeny tiny quantities but my skin is clear. My advice - don't waste your time, your money or your hopes on any other treatment. |

| Cons | Seemingly no effect + very expensive. Private clinic in London probably not the best place to have treatment: some of the staff are rude + unable to answer questions, too busy and emphasis is on 'Sales'. |
|---|---|
| Bottom line | Have only had one treatment with the private clinic in London, and haven't noticed any difference whatsoever. The treatment doens't appear to have damaged my skin, but neither has it improved it. The acne is supposed to get worse after the first treatment, but it looks exactly the same. From a treatment which is so expensive, I expected to see some results. If after my next treatment I see any developments, I will update this rating. |

| Pros | Consistent and predictable results. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Costly. |
| Bottom line | I've been taking N-Lite laser treatment for more than two years now and have enjoyed long-lasting, very positive results. I estimate it's consistently reduced my symptoms by around 60%. On the lowest and presumably least risky power setting, a £200 (lower-face) treatment seemed to give good results for around 11 weeks. Strangely, the positive effects of the treatments seemed to wear off EXACTLY at the 11 week mark. For the past few treatments, though, I've taken the treatment on a slightly higher power setting. This appears to give more sustained effects, although I've generally chosen to go back at around the three month mark just to be on the safe side. I have been using antibiotics and benzoyl peroxide all this time. From experience, I know that these alone reduce, but don't completely stop, my skin problems. N-Lite has 'plugged the gap' very effectively. |
