Pros:quick, and painless
Cons:NO improvement seen at all after 6 treatments. HAlfway throgh treatments at #3 was told I need microdermabrasion which I did and still NOTHING, my face is still the same and all broken out. Not happy at all and deffenately not cheap.
Bottom Line:Dont do it unless you want to waste alot of your money. Its a huge disappointment!

Pros:worked amazingly well. had perfecr clear skin afterwards
Cons:expensive. £170 a session
its doesnt clear acne forever. you need follow up sessions
Bottom Line:I had spots since i was about 14 and nothing i used got rid of them. i have tried lotions, potions, tablets. everything!
then in 2006 i had enough. i was working as a air hostess and i was feeling very self consious about my skin so i decided to do something about it. i heard of n-lite and decided to give it a go.
the results were amazing. for the first time ever after 3 sessions i would go out without make-up on, something i had never done before.
the downside is the expense, and it doesnt last for ever. 2 years later i am going back again. in these 2 years i used proactiv which worked so well but unfortuantly brought me up in a rash on my face so i stopped using that and now have awful spots again so im going back to n-lite!
i would recomend it to everyone as it does work.

Pros:Made my skin less oily & spots cleared at first
Cons:After 6 treatments, skin became worse than before having ANY treatment!
Bottom Line:Ive had 'spots' for over 11 years and have tried many different treatements, creams, tablets and lotions, but very little has made a difference.
So I saw NLite advertised on a TV program and the results looked great! The patient's skin was worse than mine, but after 3 months was smooth and clear.
I had a consultation and was advised to have 3 treatments (1 a month) and 'see the results' after.
Each treatement costing 180 pounds was pretty steep but i believed it would really help!
My skin just got worse (which i was warned about) but after the 5th session, my skin was pretty good! I was told I should have more, but ofcousre!!
I left it for 2 months to see if it was healing, but they came back, big time!
I've had one more since and my skin is the worst its been in about 2 - 3 years!
I've spent almost 1000 pounds and I feel like ive wasted very penny.

Pros:My skin felt sunburnt for a day or so, it felt like something had happened, which was nice.
Cons:Skin got worse during the course of treatment, then went back to normal, acne as before.
Bottom Line:Waste of money, time, energy. No results whatsoever, even got a couple of extra scars from the outbreak during treatment.
When I asked why it hadn't worked I was told that I needed to have more treatments (£££). Sales-pitch.
The Private Clinic, London. Oh, they also lost my consultation notes, and then relied on my memory of it, rather than reassessing. Don't know why I still went for it to be honest!

Pros:after two weeks hard red spots disappeared skin feels smoother and more even, red marks left from spots healing. clear skin!
Cons:i had to wait two weeks after the treatment for any sign of improvement and spots got worse just after treatment
Bottom Line:ive always had spots but they never really concerned me but when i turned 20 i started to get really hard big red ones on my cheeks, they were painful and really obvious. my self esteem disappeared and i didn't want to leave the house, most nights i cried myself to sleep. as a last resort i went to the nlite clinic at selfridges in london. the woman was really nice and answered all my questions as i was really dubious after reading the reviews on here. about a week after the treatment i felt like my spots were getting worse but then when two weeks passed they seemed to instantly disappear! the bumps are gone but there are still some red marks and i am using vitamin e oil to help clear those up which seems to be working. im due for a treatment next week which will be 4weeks after the first one. im going to wait a while to see if the spots come back first but at the minute i am really really happy. i would recommend the selfridges clinic as they were the most clued up and professional

Pros:It worked, I recommend
Cons:Expensive, shop around
Bottom Line:I was in my late thirties when I had three Nlite sessions at The Private Clinic. It worked for me and so I would recommend the treatment but NOT the clinic. Unfortuantely, I agree with others,it's all about money and although they were profesional there was no aftercare or follow up, so I sent a letter of complaint, when your paying that kind of money they should at least ask for feedback! I chose NLite because Dr Chou (of The Hammersmith Hosp)recommended it and he is the best in his field. My acne/scarring cleared for a few years but seems to be back (at 44). I am checking if any other more advanced are avilable. I now go to The London Bridge Hospital clinic, a lady called Sheryl is great and honest. The peels are great and good value, they use Omnilux which I am researching. Believe me, I have also had Isologen injections(mega bucks) and so tried it all and NLite was best. Streer clear of The Cranley Clinic as they are also all about money!

Good Luck!

Pros:Helped clear skin for me and has mostly stopped new spots forming.
Cons:Quite expensive (but worth it) and takes a while to see any results.
Bottom Line:Had the treatment as well as using 2.5% BP once a day. 2 weeks after 1st treatment and any new spots stopped forming. After about 2 months started getting a couple of new spots and had another visit. Now still get spots but they arent bad ones and go pretty quickly. I think that its a good treatment to use along with the BP regimen just as long as you be patient and believe that it is going to work for you and dont read all of the negative reviews.

Pros:Gives you hope that it will work
Cons:Expensive, time consuming, kind of painful. gives false hope.
Bottom Line:I had one treatment and acc. to THE PRIVATE CLINIC and other reasearch by tony chu online, the first one should've helped. It did nothing for me.
The nurse tries to brainwash u by telling you how others have benefited and the theory behind it and by being extra nice. NO IT DOESNT WORK
if you have super-spare money try 3-6 and see if it works.

Pros:worked well on 1st treatment
good products received
Cons:acne has now started to come back/is back only 2 weeks after last treatment
treatments seemed to wear off in effectiveness as time went on acne came back after treatment ended
painfull and expensive
Bottom Line:ok 1st off dont believe the stuff they tell you because these miricale before and after pictures are silly just because it worked on 1 or mabye 2 people dosn't mean it works on everyone i mean you don't see all the stories of people it didnt work on!
saying this it helped my skin a little but now the acne is coming back maby i needed more treatments? basicly it worked a bit but its not worth the cash at all for 600 quid i would like to see my face totally clear at least once even for just one day but it wasn't the case.

they say it helps scrring this is a lie it does nothing it puffs up your skin a little but does not get rid of scarrs at all maby makes them say 10-20% better at most and thats if it works

it is painfull and makes your skin bad for days after but i don't care as long as it works but it didnt because at the end of the day my skin is about 20% better than before hardly clear skin for at least a year + the staff blatently dnt care its in and out hardly 600
