| Cons | made me break out more!!!! made me dry around my mouth expensive the lotion wasn't mosturizing enough |
| Bottom line | I'm allergic to BP, and had been using Aveda Outer Peace (which I'm going back to now) for over a year. I wanted to try something different, and this product looked pretty glamorous at sephora...big mistake. The new break outs i got from Murad are almost gone now. Using aveda with Dan's AHA. Save your money, and try something less irritating... |

| Cons | very expensive and doesn't work any better than whats at your local store for much less |
| Bottom line | Bottom line its $37.93 for 2% salicylic acid based acne face wash. You get some witch hazel astringent, some sulfur based acne cream and some moisturizer. They send you the supplies every 2 months and charge your about $38 every month which is rather dishonest so each little box of supplies actually costs $75.86. If you spent that much at your local store on Neutrogena products you would be able to buy 9 of Neutrogena tubes of face wash which are about between $6.50-8.00 for about 4-5 ounces which should easily last almost a year. If you want which hazel you can buy a large liter sized bottle for under 10 dollars and that will last a long time. Bottom line is Murad is about making lots of money and keeping you on their monthly charges. I couldn't even find out on their website what the active ingredient was because they don't want you to know its something you can buy cheaper at the store they want to believe they invented some breakthrough system. There are only two major systems out there on the market over the counter either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide based, other than that see your doctor for some Rx products which are probably way better and probably cheaper then Murad. |

| Pros | Nice customer service |
|---|---|
| Cons | Didnt work, and actually made skin worse |
| Bottom line | Didnt work, didnt like how you are automatically billed and they are not up front about it. I actually ordered the second month, and then shortly received another box, as it was automatically shipped, which i didnt know. They were not able to cancel the other order of course. If it worked it would of been one thing, but not working is another. |

| Pros | -Good moisturizer |
|---|---|
| Cons | -Did absolutely nothing for my acne -Stings upon application -I actually started breaking out MORE since using it -Expensive for not doing anything |
| Bottom line | Don't spend your hard earned money on this. Not only did it not clear my acne, my acne got worse! I don't know if that was due to that alone, but either way it definitely did not help better the condition of my skin. I used to only break out on my cheeks and it was very small. Now it's progressed down to my chin and increased over the entirety of both my cheeks. I would say the best thing I got out of Murad was the moisturizer, which I might actually purchase alone. As for the system as a whole, does not do as it promises. |

| Pros | Skin feels healthy and smooth.. facial cleaners is good and face mask is ok. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Leave skin oily. Don't really like the gel. |
| Bottom line | I still breakout but not as much. I don't have real bad acne but if you do.. I don't recommend it. It works pretty good for my mom.. that's why I tried it but everyones skin is different. It did help tho. |

| Cons | - "purging" - went from one blemish to a rash - burns my face - dried my face out |
| Bottom line | don't not waste your money or time on this product . i used it for about a week & my face is HORRIBLE! on the bottle it says 93% people say they see a difference in 3 days, YEAH of outbreaks & redness . its sucks. i wish i never purchased it because its so embarrassing for people to see my face like this, especially when numerous of people asked " what happened to your face! " |

| Pros | was OK |
|---|---|
| Cons | not great |
| Bottom line | i used this for about a year because i thought it had worked the best of anything i had tried before. i finally stopped using it because i wanted to keep trying products to see if something else helped better. i would recommend this to someone who has mild acne because it does seem to help the small bumps but not the big cysts or whiteheads, and it does make your skin smooth. |
