I am just now starting to get out of the purging process, and I've noticed my skin tone is much more even (no more blotchiness). The purging process wasn't pleasant b/c I seemed to have a whole year's breakouts at once. It is awful but stick with it b/c your skin comes out better than ever!

I had perfect skin when my esthetician recommended this product to me. It was traumatic to my skin. I have acne where I have never had acne and scaring where I never had scaring! I gave it more than a couple of months to "purge my skin of the impurities", like the product label instructs. It continued to get worse. I will never use the same esthetician and I will never forgive her for this! I am undergoing expensive treatment to get rid of the scaring!

I am on my 5th week and I am finally starting to see some clearing and improvement. For the first few weeks I kept going through perging cycles where I too broke out where I hadn't before. I also experienced much dryness. But now under the supervision of an esthetician who instructed me in adjusting the way I use the products, my skin is showing small signs of clearing. I will continue using these products to see if they really work. I am giving it till the end of the year.

I was ok with the treatment for the first month, the exfoliater seemed to work a bit, but after that my acne got worst, and i now have scarring that i never had before. i would not recommend this product.

The cleanser worked well initially, but after a few weeks, my skin still had acne. The exfoliating gel and moisturizing gel are two extra steps that do not need to be taken and are a waste of money.

What a waste of money. Says on the box, a few new breakouts will occur during the purging process. What a crock. I have pimples on my face where I have never had pimples. One word, it sucks.

When I initially began using Murad my skin became tight and a little oilier. After 7 day my skin was glowing and healthier looking. After three months my skin is so much better. I am very happy with the results. Also the AHA/BHA Cleanser is a must!

The cleanser works well and gives you a cool feeling. But the gel, moisturizer and the spot treatment are a complete waste of money.
