| Pros | The cleanser really cleans your face well! |
|---|---|
| Cons | The acne spot treatment RUINED my face! |
| Bottom line | After using countless products,(neutrogena, clearasil, clean&clear, just to name a few products that gave me mediocre results)I wanted to see if there were any better products out there and had seen infomercials on acne complex which made it seem absolutely amazing.Well I wish I had read this message board before buying that sh** called acne complex. I used that junk (I'm mainly referring to spot treatment) for under two weeks and it not only made my face dry and flaky around my mouth which even mousturizers couldn't repair, but it also BURNED like NONE OTHER when I applied it sparingly on the few pimples I had! I will admit it cleared some of my acne pimples, however though, in replace of the pimples, it left my inner cheeks and upper forehead TOMATO RED! It looks somewhat like rosacea and I'm praying it won't lead to scarring. To sum this ordeal up, I just want to strongly advise you to not make the same mistake I made! Instead, buy Proactiv, a MUCH better product in my opinion. |

| Pros | It actually works - removes makeup, doesn't clog pores, kills bacteria...my acne has gotten better - knock on wood |
|---|---|
| Cons | I think I may be building a tolerance |
| Bottom line | Try it out for a month - at least. Hopefully, you don't build a tolerance, because it would be a miracle wash. |

| Pros | Face felt clean after using the face wash |
|---|---|
| Cons | Product did not work. Exfoliating treatment gel smelled bad and was hard to dispense. Kit is costly |
| Bottom line | I used proactiv solutions for 2 years and saw results from the product until my skin became immune to it. I decided to try Murad's Ance Complex and have not seen any results. The spot sulfur treatment causes your makeup to clump on your skin.I am fixing to send the kit, toner and post ance lightning gel back. Don't waste your money on this. |

| Pros | Smelled good. Minty, fragrance. Packaging, very sleek & tiny. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Treatment Gel. The worst product in that package. Do not use that product! made my skin worse than ever! |
| Bottom line | Overall, my fave products in Murad were the Cleanser & Moisturizer. THe Acne treatments were horrible. After my face broke out horribly, I cut down to just the cleanser & moisturizer.. it helped a bit. But face was already damaged from Murad. |

| Pros | Shrunk and made pimples come to a head quickly. Money back guarantee when it didn't work. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Severely dries your face. Irritating to the skin. Caused a severe allergic reaction. |
| Bottom line | I was previously a satisifed Pro Active customer, but after 4 years, it didn't work for me as well. After hundreds of dollars spent on regimens I hoped would work, my acne progressively got worse. When I received the Murad, like everyone else, I hoped this would work. At first it seemed like it was working; however, while my old pimples were vanishing, new pimples would appear, especially after using the mask. WORST OF ALL WAS THE ALLERGIC REACTION TO MY EYES, even though I made sure the product was nowhere near them, day by day I noticed my eyes getting puffier, itchy, and the skin underneath them red like sunburn. After seeking a doctor, I was informed it was an allergic reaction. |

| Pros | Didnt dry up my face if used correctly. Cleared up my minor acne fairly quickly. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Worked great for months and months and then slowly skin built up a tolerance and it stopped working. |
| Bottom line | I suggest getting it if you have mild or minor acne. I had the occasional deep down zit before i started using this and then i stopped getting those painful ones altogether. Unfortunately, your skin builds up a tolerance and it stops working. |
