| Pros | at first it worked so well. beautiful skin and lots of compliments |
|---|---|
| Cons | after a while it broke me out really bad around the jaw and neck, and now i have scars and irritation |
| Bottom line | This product worked and then didnt work really badly, drying my skin out and breaking me out around the mouth, jaw and neck. I now have really bad scaring and it looks like ive had a chemical burn because my face is red and the skin is uneven and blotchy. I really loved this product to begin with, as it was my saviour after 3 years of proactiv made be immune to it, but now after reading all these comments i think my skin is horrible now because of the long term use of murad. |

| Cons | everythinggg |
| Bottom line | i hate murad!! i used everything in the package except the cleanser twice a day for a week, and i broke out like crazyy! i know they said it's just the purging process, but my skin wasn't even bad to begin with and it made me break out everywhere. i started getting small and painful bumps all over my cheeks and jawline, which has never happened before. my friends have used murad before and it hasn't helped them either; i don't know why i even bothered. it's not worth it at all!! it's been 2 weeks since i've stopped using it, and my skin has improved, but it's still recovering from that awful murad! stay awayy!! |

| Pros | Smells ok. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Caused extreme reddening, drying and sensitivty. Highlighted blemishes. Increased spots both in areas where I had none before and in problem areas. Skin sore to the touch and even making facial expressions are sore. Feels like it has burned my skin |
| Bottom line | I'm a 32 year old male with moderate acne, very oily skin with 2 to 3 ingrown hairs once a week on chin & neck causing large swollen red bumps & a lot of sebum. After just 1 day of using Murad my face reddened to the point that people were shocked and asked me had I a rash. The next day, my entire face had dried to the point where it was sore to make even smile, I had dozens of tiny spots everywhere on my face where I hadn’t had spots since I was 14. I phoned the helpline, who explained this was normal and reduce my use. From just 2 days!? 3 days after I stopped using it my face is still sore and red and covered in spots. They said that the normal purging process may take a week or more. Even if I could remove myself from society for that period, I couldn’t bear the painful effects which I hope aren’t permanent |

| Pros | Loved the feel of my skin after using the face wash. A very nice cool breezy feeling. |
|---|---|
| Cons | This was the worst acne kit I have ever used. My cystic acne got so bad that I didn't even want to go out of the house b/c I was so embarassed about my skin! It's taken me almost a month to clear up what this product did to my face. |
| Bottom line | Don't believe the commercials about this product..I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy!! I know that they say that you need a couple weeks of "purging' your skin but by week 4 I couldn't take it anymore. I've started Dan's Regimen and my face is almost comletely clear after only 2 weeks. Thanks Dan!! |

| Pros | NONE at ALL |
|---|---|
| Cons | made acne worse, caused insane scarring with deep pigmentation and caused HUGE cystic acne that was almost impossible to clear for awhile.. |
| Bottom line | this product is the worst.. if you want to enter the world's ugliest contest and also feel like spending A LOT of money then this is the product to go with. i recommend benzaclin and differin. benzaclin in the morning differin at night.. and also neutrogena deep cleanse to wash up before putting on the medications. Perfect combo that is fixing up murad's damage |

| Pros | skin perfecting lotion |
|---|---|
| Cons | everything else |
| Bottom line | skin perfecting lotion is only a moisturizer, so it does its job. facewash is nice and cool but did nothing to clear my skin. neither did the gel or spot treatment. i wouldnt waste my money on this again |

| Pros | It seemed to make my skin have a nice glow |
|---|---|
| Cons | I had even more break outs. |
| Bottom line | I figured the increase in break outs was part of starting a new treatment. After a while they were not getting better and they seemed to not come to heads causing painful under the skin problems areas. I went back to proactive. |
