Pros: It is too soon for me to tell! Cons: I DON'T KNOW YET! Bottom Line: I have very pale, sensitive skin! I started getting this rash-like breakout on my chin, cheeks, and nose and I've had it for a week or two and its not going away. I've had the Murad stuff for two days...and when i woke up the individual spots where bright red and wasn't looking too pretty. The packet said it could get worse before better so I'm going to try it! Oh and there is a 60-day trial so you can return it if you hate it!! Some say it works some say it doesn't, to me it sounds like Proactiv all over again but worth a try cause my face is disgusting! Recommended: Yes Usage: Reviewer has used this item for a day or two. Pros: None Cons: Everything is bad about this product. I can't even think of 1 good thing to say! Bottom Line: It's horrible. I don't know how they are able to sell this product and claim that it works better than Proactiv! My mom bought this for me before my freshman year of college...as if that isn't stressful enough, my face broke out like never before. I have always had just a few breakouts, nothing major...but this made my face breakout like never before. Please don't buy this product. I stopped using Murad and my face began to recover, but it has never been the same since I used Murad. It has always been in worse condition and broken out more. So please, DO NOT BUY IT! Pros: The spot treatment is good at soothing blemishes Cons: Neverending purging Bottom Line: The cleanser is fairly well however I have seen better results from the Neutrogena oil-free acne wash. The exfoliating gel makes my face feel nasty and is probably the cause of my neverending purging. The skin perfecting lotion makes my face way too shiny and I only squeeze a pea sized amount of lotion out. Basically, I would not reccomend this regimen. Pros: It helps reduce my acne big time. Cons: I use about 3 other products with it.... Rubbing alcohol. The insides of aleve liquid gels, tea tree oil and some avon stop treatment. Bottom Line: i love they way it makes my skin feel but i will never use it all by itsef. Recommended: Yes Usage: Ashley has used this item for about a month. Pros: n/a Cons: Will make your skin 100 times worse .... and you will have to spend months and months (and spend an arm and a leg) trying to fix the damage that this product had created Bottom Line: If you have mild/moderate acne and are just looking to have 'perfect' skin.... please don't your skin for granted!! a few pimples is nothing compare to 50+ pimples (big and small) which WILL most likely happen if you use this. I used this product for about a total of 4 weeks of which half I suffered from a pretty intense chemical burn to the point where I actually looked like a burnt victim... the GEL is wayyyyy to strong for sensitive skin. ANyway, please do NOT try this product just for the hopes of having complete clear skin because IT IS NOT worth your time, money, energy and emotional pain Recommended: No Usage: Reviewer has used this item for about a month. Pros: um, the acne spot treatment is my favorite thing EVER. This stuff is non-drying, non-irritating, and zaps pimples like a friggin laser. Sometimes i put it ALL over my forehead and chin/cheeks, etc. (t-zone) and it doesn't bother me Cons: All the other stuff is irritating, greasy, made my face painful Bottom Line: I wish you could just buy the spot treatment! Pros: nothing Cons: Terrible Bottom Line: Wow i have never been so disappointed in a product than this one. I bought the cleanser and its been 1 week that i've been using it, im breaking out badly and with the cystic type of Acne. Its expensive and a waste of money. I have found another product that works wonderful for my skin. Its called ZENMED, for those looking for a new product, try this. My skin is doing great with it. Your skin does not undergo this 'purging process' like Murad says as an excuse for the breakouts that occur while using their product, and i researched more regarding this 'purging process' and it should not be as bad as what i went through while using their product. this product sucks Recommended: No Was this comment helpful? Pros: As far as i'm concerned this product has no pros. Cons: My face broke out so bad all over. It was so painful. I kept waiting for it to get better but it never did. Bottom Line: I had moderate to medium acne when I came across Murad products. within a few days os using it my face started to break out in a massive way. I did some research and found out that this is the purging process and my skin will get better after 6 weeks. 6 weeks later and my skin was so bad I was embaressed to go out. no amount of make up could cover it. Finally after 8 weeks and no result I stopped. One months and several other products later my skin still has no cleared. The acne that was caused by this product seems not to heal! it keeps coming back on my cheeks, chin and jaw line. This is by far the worst acne treatment product I have ever used.
