| Bottom line | Prior to using this product I had very light acne, only on my right cheek and occasionally on my forehead. After the first month of using Acne Complex I had acne like in places that I never had it before. My left cheek was covered in red spots, white heads and tiny blemishes. My right cheek was disgusting and the acne seemed to have migrated down closer to my jawline. I decided that to keep going, to try it for another month. I continue to break out and my skin looks 10x worse than when I first started. I'm going to stop using this product and go back to my simple OTC brand that seemed to keep my acne under control. So much for being clear and staying clear. |

| Bottom line | My parents bought this for me because I am in college and broke and have been ignoring my acne for years now. I tried all the antibiotics and stuff in high school and nothing at all worked. This didn't work either but my skin does kinda feel a bit softer so maybe if your acne isn't bad it can give you nice skin. |

| Bottom line | I used this line for about two months after going through aveda's outer peace line, arbonne's clear advantage line, and eminence acne products, this is by far the most successful line I've used! I use Murad's Time-Release Acne cleanser instead of the Clarifying Cleanser (smaller amount of sal acid that continuously works throughout the day- and also is anti-aging) which makes my skin so smooth and decreased fine lines I was seeing around my mouth (mid 20's and a smoker). Before beginning this regimine, I had acne on my décolleté (chest), neck, and face! Yikes! I'm talking huge, painful, throbbing pustules with its own pulse in some places. After consistently using this regimine for 2 months, my skin has cleared up somewhere north of 80%. No breakouts on chest, neck, upper lip, forehead, or nose =) I have a few on one cheek (the side I sleep on), like 2 healing on the chin/jawline (any breakout in that area is hormonal!) and that's it! I would be remiss to not mention I use DDF's BP 5% just at night as a spot treatment. Also, I've been doing a 30% sal peel every 2 weeks (its really hardcore and only for those who know what they're doing and follow directions to a T!) Murad is great, but maybe not great for everyone. You just have to find the perfect combination of products for you! |

| Bottom line | I just started using it this weak after a friend reconmended it to me and so far everyone has been telling me my skin looks great! I like it so far i used to use proactiv but it was a little to strong for me and it dryed my skin out. This has the perfect balence between really cleaning your skin but with the mosterizer it doesnt dry your skin out. The only thing i dont like about this is the $$$ it was not cheap but murad is a trustful brand and has been around for a long time. |

| Bottom line | I tried this product after reading some reviews and even though not many were positive I still was willing to try anything. I have had acne since 7th grade. I have tried literally everything for my skin so I thought why not. I have been using this product only 6 days and my skin is almost completely clear! :)) I have never felt more confident. The exfoliating gel does burn a bit at first but its nothing that isn't tolerable. All I know is now that I have clear skin I have one less thing to worry about. Thank You Murad!! |
