Pros sales pitch makes you beleive your buying something great
Cons it is extremely irritating
Bottom line even though i had used proactiv for 3 years, this stuff burnt me! it literally felt like a chemical burn! i thought my skin was tough, but appearantly not! it even made my exsisting acne turn into bright red scars. and i have not used it in over a month.

Pros The mask is pretty good.
Cons Not strong enough, very expensive.
Bottom line My face broke out pretty bad on this stuff. I really don't buy this "purging" business. I would not advise anyone buying this system. You can buy AcneFree Severe at Walmart and it works much better. I am switching back to that. I bought the product with some hope it would work for me. I have never had a 'miracle' product like some. Oh well, Murad is definately not it!

Pros Nothing.
Cons Worst burn I've ever gotten from an acne product. And it doesn't peel away to reveal skin underneath, either. You skin stays red and dry and gross until you stop using it.
Bottom line I was so terribly disappointed with this. Incredibly embarrassed with the results- I had to use twice as much makeup to hide the redness. It was awful. Not worth it for as much time as I spent using it.
Price paid $75.00

Pros NONE
Cons Everything.
Bottom line It caused the worst breakout I can remember. I was unaware about this "purging" process which may occur with Murad. My face broke out with tiny little zits and big red ones that took days to heal. DO NOT waste your Everything. It caused the worst breakout I can remember. I was unaware about this "purging" process which may occur with Murad. My face broke out with tiny little zits and big red ones that took days to heal. DO NOT waste your money on Murad. I am praying that my face clears up now. I worry that my once moderate acne is going to remain problematic. Murad screwed me BIG TIME.

Pros Sulfur and salicylic based = less redness (gentle)
Pretty consistent
Good alternative if sensitive to benzoyl
Cons Dry sometimes but then use morad lotion
Bottom line Tried Proactiv, the benzoyl made my few pimples more inflamed so Morad is a good gentle alternative. Sulfur products are unbelievable in combo with salicylic

Pros Nice packaging, arrives on time.doesn't dry up skin like Proactive
Cons Clears up skin during the first month of usage, after 1 month starting breaking out again.
Bottom line Murad isn't very consistent, i feel like it worked for the first month so you order again and then your skin starts breaking out again. I might try Exposed, the review on this product is by far better than Murad

Pros There are no pro's,
Cons no signs of working after 10 days, the next 20 just made it worse and breaks became even worse.
Bottom line Dont waste your money, the product barley lasts 30 days, the skin perfecting lotion lasted about 16 days and called costumer service and complained they did nothing,

terrible product
