Pros Love the skin perfecting lotion, the facewash doesn't dry out my skin
Cons I honestly feel like it made my skin worse, definitely didn't make it better. Super expensive
Bottom line Not any different than other salycylic acid facewash, spot treatment does not work, honestly don't buy it, not worth the money

Pros Nothing other than giving you false hope when you begin using it.
Cons Makes your acne worse than before.
Bottom line Using this made me brake out with whiteheads that eventually got worse, gave me horrible scars and ruined my life.

Pros Smells nice, nice texture. Easy to use. The cleanser makes your skin feel clean.
Cons No Improvement. Ineffective. Too expensive.
Bottom line I have seen no improvement using this product and am extremely disappointed. I had hoped this would be the product to finally clear my skin. Just as ineffective and disappointing as Proactive in my opinion, and WAYYYYY too expensive. The Acne Spot Treatment sucks, complete waiste, doesn't work at all. I am fed up with Acne products completely. WHEN WILL I FIND ONE THAT REALLY WORKS??

Pros NOTHING
Cons EVERYTHING
Bottom line Please DO NOT use this product unless you want to make your face look 100 times worse! I had very very moderate acne and now totally regretting trying this bullsh*t b/c my face not only burnt and had more acne it gave me red scars all over my forehead and jawline (I've never had problems in those areas before) I have been off from it for a few weeks now and the red/scar isn't going away..... IT SCREWED ME OVER BIG TIME

Pros Works pretty well for an OTC product, friends and family have noted that my skin looks much better
Cons Expensive!
Bottom line Didn't clear up my acne 100%, but neither did Accutane. Works better than anything else you can get without a prescription. I like it, but wish it was cheaper!

Pros Cleanser felt nice. Simple routine.
Cons Very expensive! Made my skin break out for the first few weeks, and then it looked oily for a while. Still getting breakouts, but not as bad.
Bottom line Go to Wal-Mart and purchase a cleanser with salicylic acid, an acne treatment with salicylic acid, and some oil of olay lotion. Follow the same routine Murad said to. Works better, costs way less. I also picked up some Panoxyl for night time treatment and bad breakouts. Face is clearing up great :)

Pros only if you like wasting money
Cons expensive. DOESN'T WORK. i used this for almost 6 months and nothing got better. in fact it got worse. this is a scam scam scam. i can't say it enough. I have literally spent 400 hundred dollars on Murad products and I am so disappointed.
Bottom line do not buy if you have moderate acne. this is an incredibly unhelpful, frustrating product. I have been dealing with acne for so long and I thought this would cure it. i have no self confidence because this product not only failed but made my face worse! if you like depression and an empty bank account, i recommend this for you!
Price paid $400.00

Pros Didn't dry out my skin
Product went far and lasted long
Cons Made acne worse! Four months later and the damage is still visible on my face...
Bottom line I had heard that Murad was superiour to Proactive (which I am now trying), so I gave it a try. I got the usual "just-began-using-the-product" breakout, which didn't worry me much. Until a month later when it hadn't gone away, and actually began to get worse and more serious. My normal acne was moderate, but not scaring and painful. After a month of Murad, I had less bumps overall, but they were HUGE and deep and painful and scared me. I stopped using it and just used a simple cleanser, astringent and tea tree oil moisturizer for TWO MONTHS to get the pain to go away and to get back to my "regular" acne.
Be warned, you actually need to HEAL after using this product it is SO damaging to your skin!
