Pros: Nothing 'pro' for me. Cons: I gave the product 9 weeks to work. The purging was HORRIBLE - lasting all 9 weeks. My face is in worse shape now than it was before Murad. Proactive wasn't cutting it anymore, so I tried Murad. My skin looks older & I fear it will never recover. Bottom Line: If you have hormonal acne - this product is not for you. I even called the customer service number after 4 weeks for advice and she told me Murad probably would not help hormonal related acne. She said it can take some people longer than 4 weeks, so I stuck with it another month or so. I have more breakouts & cyst type breakouts than I have EVER had in my whole life. Pros: makes skin feel nice and smooth Cons: the purging is the worst thing ive ever been through, my face broke out so bad i didnt even wanna go outside Bottom Line: i only got pimples every few weeks but they annoyed me so i tried this product, the purging was horrible but my face is starting to clear up..i called murad and they claim what im going through is normal Recommended: Yes Usage: K Mc. has used this item for a few weeks. Pros: first day- used it and it's nice, make my face feel clean it's only been 3 days and will continue to fight until it's 4 weeks Cons: 2nd day- something strange on my face-purging_F*** horrible, make me feel like i'm not cleaning my face!!! 3rd day- every steps stung my face:{ Bottom Line: i've used it for 3 days and i'm scared. my face broke out so nasty;places that i've never had acne. but places where i has acne, i think it's working but i have scars from my past stragdy. i don't know if this will be the last product that i've used or it will be the last product that i touched. so, i need to keep doing my job and lets see if my face will clear up beautifuly after 4 weeks.**i'll come back and write a review* Usage: MO has used this item for a day or two. Pros: None Cons: I gave this product at least a year and it always gave me bigger painful pimples. I recently stopped using it for Your Skin Care RX and my acne has cleared up. Bottom Line: I think the medicine is too strong and my skin is at a point where those strong acne medicines just aggravate it more. I'll never buy Murad again and won't recommend it. Pros: I started using it about a year ago i was always worried about my acne but now i hardly ever breakout. Cons: I cant use the lotion my skin is very sensitive to it. Bottom Line: I would recomened this to anyone that worrys about there acne. I got the 6.75 oz bottle of cleanser that has lasted me almost a year now and i wash my face at least once a day but sometimes 2 or 3. Its totally worth the price if you use the right amount. Pros: I like that it's available at Ulta and Sephora--no worries about monthly shipments. Didn't dry out my skin. Cons: PURGING! Pimples where I never in my life had had them, and even big cystic-y type ones; I can't believe I stuck it out the recommended usage time. But, after three weeks I began to see great results! Bottom Line: I've used this product for over a month, and while the first few weeks were pure torture, I am very pleased with the results. Is my skin 100% clear? No, but the two or three miniscule zits on my chin now and then is a very welcome change!!! I will continue to use it for as long as I need to. Pros: Everything worked! I finally found a product which removed my spots. The first week you could Cons: I didn't find it sooner + the second medication stung my face, but then sometimes I used an excessive amount. Bottom Line: I would buy this product if you had mild acne like me. Yeah the price is a bit... off, but if you really think about it all those times you were looking for the right medication, in total you might of spent more than $100. Pros: Helped clear my skin for the first week or so. Cons: After first week, acne got worse.Spot treatment stings like crazy, and the lotion makes my face oily. Bottom Line: I wouldn't recommend this product, it did not help my skin , now I have somewhat more acne to worry about. Plus, it's a bit expensive. Pros: Smells great, the moisturizer is smooth on your skin, the cleanser makes your skin FEEL better. Cons: Makes you break out, the 2nd step stings, didn't see any improvement. Bottom Line: After the first couple days it was a disaster!!! From having acne only on one part of my face it spreaded all over my lower, and the sides of my face! I hate it, it took my acne from mild to moderately severe. The bottles are SUPER small! you will run by the 3rd week. In the long run it made my skin 20 times worse and I now have dark scars. My skin is clearing up now, But's that's because I used the nutrogena advanced solutions for like 20 bucks. Recommended: No Usage: Mark has used this item for about a month.
