| Cons | it was expensive, and a complete waste of money. it made ace WORSE than ever |
| Bottom line | i have been using this product for about 2 weeks. Before my face had normal acne, but now after using it, it seems my acne has gotten so HORRIBLY wrong. im breaking out in places i have never even broke out in. its worthless. the lady at sephora said she used proactiv n it didnt work for her so she moved on to this product. i was in the same situation as her so like the gullable idiot i am, i bought it. i have so many white heads ALL OVER its depressing. i also thought it was the purging proces but after reading these reviews. im am going to discontiue this process. its lamee. |

| Pros | skin felt clean, didn't dry out my skin as much as I thought it might |
|---|---|
| Cons | medicinal smell, not effective in keeping new acne from forming, just plain disappointing |
| Bottom line | this is yet another acne kit promising clear skin, yet it simply did NOT work. I was excited about it initially since my skin was starting to improve after only a few days of use. after that though, I started getting really red, inflamed pimples in places where I ordinarily never break out (the side of my nose, under my eyebrow?!). and this wasn't just a "purging" process like Murad claims, because believe me, I was being patient with it and it only continued to ruin my skin. I am currently using Cetaphil cleanser, St. Ives Apricot Scrub and oil-free moisturizer and have gotten better results after only 3 days than I ever got with weeks of using Murad's Acne Complex. I highly recommend avoiding this product. |

| Pros | i noticed that my skin wasnt ever oily anymore, and that it was softer and more even. |
|---|---|
| Cons | the purging process never stopped and you just keep breaking out..... |
| Bottom line | after reading hundreds of aweful reviews from people who used it over a long period of time, and being asked if i had herpes because of the horrible breakouts it gave me, i decided to quit using it. i used it for 4 weeks, and i just couldnt handle the breakouts anymore... |

| Pros | Conveniently packaged together as a set, helped fade red marks |
|---|---|
| Cons | Acne gel stings the skin, essentially BURNED my skin upon intial usage, eventually made acne worse (went from moderate pimples to cystic acne), expensive, could only find at Sephora, no SPF protection |
| Bottom line | Don't waste your time with this. I switched to the Murad kit after seeing the informercial on TV. Don't fall for it like me. The first two weeks were HELL. But, according to them it was a normal purging process, so I didn't give up. It did get better, but I eventually developed cystic acne which I hadn't ever really dealt with before. I have been using this system for about 5 months and though it has helped fade my red marks (or perhaps that was just due to TIME), it has made my skin worse. I went from having occasional pimples to full blown cystic acne (at my worst 5 cysts which had to be injected with hydrocortizone). I'm a bit upset I didn't do my research before wasting my time with this, but I'm also relieved I'm not the only one who has had problems with this system. I am going back to BP, even though I hate the bleaching factor about it. Please don't buy this product. Not only will it sting and burn your skin with it's chemicals, it may cause cystic acne as well. |

| Pros | It clears up or pimple and white head , skin look tight like teen. no flaky But I use just toner and ex foliate acne gel. |
|---|---|
| Cons | when I use the whole package it made my face terrible and flaky. |
| Bottom line | at first I use the whole package 2 year ago at first 2 weeks my skin was so perfect. my pimple all gone. I use a lot of exfoliate acne gel and a lot of toner. then after that my skin got worse and worse. so terrible. then I switched to Proactive then Dan regimen, even how long I 've had use I never had a good day. I alway get a new big pimple every other day! then I thought my skin must love Salicid acid but at that time I must use it overuse. then I switched back to murad again but I use only toner and exfoliate acne gel. and I just use a little one time a day then 3 months later morning and night and I use Estee advance night repair for moisture. That's it! now my skin is so incredible. I got people give me compliment how my skin so perfect in age of 30s. |

| Pros | Nothing |
|---|---|
| Cons | Made skin very sensitive, dry, irritated, and MADE ACNE WORSE than before use |
| Bottom line | This product was terrible. I never had sensitive skin but after using Murad it was so dry it was flaking it and my face hurt. The breakouts were worse than before I originally started using the product. I am trying to get my face to recover from it but I had to calm all the irritation down first because everything I used on my face would hurt it. I used Aveeno Ultra calming cleanser and night lotion and it helped make it less sensitive. Don't try Murad it's a waste of money and makes your skin worse than it was before using it. Also makes your skin look dull and lifeless. If you've used it and want the glow to come back to your face try using Aloe vera, it helped get my faces natural glow back I'm using that currently and will start spot treating, these regimens just seem to make the skin worse. |

| Pros | Good moisturizer, smells nice |
|---|---|
| Cons | Terrible acne gel, goopy and sticky, doesn't work, Face wash does not lather, so you don't really know if it is lifting dirt up off of your skin. |
| Bottom line | Made my acne worse after it was perfectly clear for about a year. My cheeks never had acne in my life and then the Murad brought out severe acne and spots on my cheeks. Please use differin! It started clearing my acne up in the first week! |
