Pros None
Cons Broke my skin out worse then at anytime in my life and it is expensive.
Bottom line I started using the product and everything seemed ok for the first 2 weeks and then my face starting exploding in zits. They say it is a purging process but I kept using and my face never cleared up. I had to go to the doctor and get put on antibiotics to stop the breakouts caused from this. Dont waste your time or money.

Pros AT 1ST, soft texture, pimples seem to go away, redness goes down.
Cons After using this product for a week in a half my face broke out in horrible cystic acne. Lumps the size of marbles on my cheeks and much more...
Bottom line So, its been about a month in a half since i used this product and i would like to say my face looks great,BUT lets get to my story im 17yrs old and have lived in New York my whole life. MY acne was always light i had maybe 3 to 4 pimples on my bad day and if it was really bad my right cheek would breakout bad (ONLY CAUSE I SLEEP ON THAT CHEEK ) and i saw a murad infomerical and so i decided to order it NOT READING ANY REVIEWS just over judgement over a stupid tv add. let me just tell anyone who has SENSTIVE FAR SKIN! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS! After the 1st week BOTH MY CHEEKS and let me remind you i only ever really got acne on my right one both broke out in HORRIBLE CYSTIC ACNE I called the doctors and the stupid murad people and they said i had a allergic reaction and the "purging process" which by the way is a bunch of horse S%@t and so i stopped using it all together I STAYED OUT OF SCHOOL FOR A WHOLE WEEK cause my face hurt and was dry. i was so embarrased i wanted to drop out of high school and depression was unbearable!! PLEASE until i found a friend that used ALOE VERA GEL STRAIGHT FROM THE PLANT! and she told me that putting it on at night works great and i cant tell you how much my face has improved! MY OILS GONE and acne is gone! BOTTOM LINE if you have skin problems and need help ALOE VERA!!!!!! works amazing. I still cant believe what my face looked like almost 2 months ago! i took pics of my face and its 110% better to anyone out there that has FAIR LIGHT SKIN aka ( sensitive skin ) DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! and good luck to anyone who uses my ideas!

Pros This collection worked quickly to get rid of pimples, and also evened out my skin tone. I used all the products as directed (but using the gel at night only) and my existing pimples shrank and disappeared in 3 days. It's great that you can buy a sample kit with all the products to test whether they're right for your skin type, or to use just for a short time if you have occasional acne. The spot treatment is gentle and doesn't "cake" on pimples, which is good. The lotion is really soothing.
Cons Cleanser does not remove makeup very well, especially not mascara/eyeliner. The toner and gel are a little abrasive - my skin goes red when I put them on, but thankfully returns to normal by the time I'm done my morning routine. Consider using the gel only at night.
Bottom line I bought this kit on Sunday because I needed to be pimple-free by Friday, and it worked for me. It freaks me out that some products make my skin turn red, but the reality is that my skin tone is much more even after just a week of use and I'm wearing less makeup than usual.

This sample kit is definitely worth trying - these could be the products that work for your skin!

Pros *easy to use
*keeps skin moisturized and doesn't dry it out
*doesn't sting or burn
*no benzoyl peroxide
Cons *a little on the pricey side
*the purging process isn't a pleasant experience
Bottom line Murad has worked wonders for me! I used to use a benzoyl peroxide prescription from my doctor, but I developed a sensitivity to it over time. I was so frustrated because every acne kit I found had benzoyl peroxide in it, and the salicylic washes and creams I tried weren't helping at all. I saw the Murad kit in Sephora and was so excited when I saw it didn't have any benzoyl peroxide. For about the first three weeks my skin purged like crazy. The instructions inside the kit say your skin may "purge" breakouts to get rid of all the gunk in your skin for a while, and that it exactly what happened to me. If you want to try Murad, just know you will probably go through a period where your skin breaks out more than normal. It wasn't very fun to constantly be breaking out, but I stuck with it and am so glad I did! Once my skin stopped breaking out, it cleared up quickly. I use the whole kit morning and night. The only little thing I do differently is I wash my face with the cleanser and a spinning cleansing tool to help exfoliate my face. The only other con I could come up with was the price. It was about $60 for the two month kit, but it was well worth it! I definitely recommend this product.

Pros Cleanser leaves skin feeling refreshed.
Spot treatment helps zit dry up overnight.
Lotion hydrates skin.
Cons Toner burns skin for the first couple times.
Bottom line I have used SO many products on my face. I've tried Proctiv, Dermalogica, birth control, every cleanser in retail stores and NOTHING worked. Everything made my acne worse. I finally decided to use this product. I was reluctant, but by the first 2 weeks I noticed a great improvement in the look and feel of my skin. I have been using it for about 4 months and my skin hasn't looked this great in a long time. I still have scares from previous acne and I need to find something to get rid of those. I haven't had a breakout in a long time!

Pros CAN clear skin ( although that doesn't necessarily mean it will for you )

moisturizer leaves skin feeling nice and soft!
Cons I hate how the bottles are made, the stuff just oozes out

CANNOT clear skin ( it depends on the person i guess)
Bottom line so i have been using this product for about 2 months, i would use it morning and night. my acne is probably considered to be moderate.

This product really didn't help me, but i didnt have an awful experience with it like some people on this site have. It made me a little bit more red, but it did not sting and it did not make my face worse.

The problem is it didn't really make my face any better, in the places where i didnt have acne or where i would get acne every once in a while i stopped getting pimples, but in the problem areas there was no change.

so i would only recommend this product if you have light acne ( although im sure there is something cheaper you can buy to treat light acne).

Pros Doesn't dry out skin
Moisturizer is non-greasy
Nice lather on the cleanser
Cons Pricey
Takes a couple weeks to see a difference
Would be nice if it came with a toner
Bottom line I had pretty severe acne when I was a teen, but even at 24 my skin is always extremely oily and I frequently have clogged pores and at least 2-3 zits on my face at a time. Since my skin is so oily I didn't find that this product dried it out too much. I really appreciated how the moisturizer is light and non-greasy because I usually stray away from using moisturizers because of this. I have been using this for about 4 weeks now, and my pores are virtually un-clogged and my overall skin tone (redness and scaring) has decreased quite a bit. Maybe this stuff isn't the greatest for severe acne, but for twenty-somethings with mildly problematic skin it's probably worth a try!
