Pros: The cleanser makes you feel really clean and the lotion goes on smooth. Cons: Breakouts, the exfoliating gel makes the skin feel kindof plastic andrritating. Bottom Line: I've been using this product for one month now and my face is at its worst. Before I was using ProActive and it was working just fine for me, but my sister got Murad to try. What a mistake. I have so many pimples now and it's so gross. It's so hard to cover it with makeup, because it looks so cakey and dry. My face hurt. I asked my sister and she checked w/ her estitician and she said that the breakout is normal and it will get better so continue to use it. I'll give it two more weeks. If I don't see an improvement, it's OUT. So for now it's a thumb down for me. :( Recommended: No Usage: Hazel Nguyen has used this item for a few weeks. Pros: Felt really nice and the gel did exfoliate my skin. Cons: The combination of the gel and lotion were too much. My skin burned and became irritated and dry. Also, I felt my skin became more oily than before, and I noticed acne is places I've never had it before. Bottom Line: I don't think it's worth the $60/two months. I believe it is overrated. Pros: money back guarantee Cons: made my skin super dry (even using tons of the lotion), worsened my breakouts significantly, caused breakouts in odd, previously (& post Murad) unaffected places like my ear & deep hairline Bottom Line: stupid stupid stupid!! I stuck with it because of "purging".. but after three weeks i'd had more than enough. Even if i put makeup on it looked HORRIBLE because my skin was soo broken out AND dry!! Proactiv had worked well and was cheaper!! I got back on it for a week and it calmed down considerably! Pros: None Cons: Everything...I broke out in places I never did. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and I'm still purging??? I don't think so! I went back to Proactive and see an approvement already. Pros: None Cons: The infomerical really gets your hopes up (it was NOT the last acne treatment product I ever used), IT DOESN'T WORK FOR EVERYONE, It made my acne much much worse. Bottom Line: I've had terrible acne in my t-zone for 9 years. I've tried just about everything to get rid of it; over the counter treatments, dermatologist creams, pills. Nothing has worked, or if it did then it stopped working after awhile. When I saw the commercial for this product, it seemed like they were taking the words right out of my mouth, and I really believed it would work. I went out and bought it, and used it right away, even though I read a lot of bad reviews about it on the internet. I was so excited for my pimples to finally go away forever! Instead, my acne went from moderate to severe. My whole face is covered, and they're taking forever to go away! I've never been at such a low for my self-esteem. I cry almost every day over the frustration of pimples. I stopped using it before the end of the 4 weeks, because it was obvious that it wasn't working or going to work. Now, even having been using 2 dermatologist prescribed creams and antibiotics for four weeks, my acne is horrible. Recommended: No Usage: Reviewer has used this item for a few weeks. Pros: Cleared my acne very well.And my skin looks healthy too.My dark spots were also faded.Now I am almost acne free. Cons: It was harsh at first. Pros: -smells like lemonade :) -good cleanser Cons: -thins face -toner creates MORE breakouts -MY SKIN IS WORSE THAN EVER NOW!!! Pros: It worked for the first few weeks. The supply lasted along time. It didn't make my skin sore. Cons: It stopped working, even while I was using it, and all my breakouts came back. I'm a little worried about the atomatic billing. Bottom Line: I think that for some people this system would work.
