| Bottom line | I've struggled with acne since I turned 14, i'm 19 now. My mom bought be murad, because my dad got it for me when i was 16, it cleared up my skin super fast. Then I ran out of it and we couldn't afford for another at the time. I realized they change the routine, it used to be the cleanser, toner, and the lotion. Now its the cleanser, the exfoliating gel, and the lotion. When I started using it, the gel made my face red, like sunburn and the lotion was to watery for me. So what I do now, is I ordered the toner, got that. Instead of using the lotion, I bought vitamin E oil. The Vitamin E oil is excellent at helping acne marks. So my routine in the morning is: I wash my face with the cleanser, tone, and use this lotion, thats called Alba. It has natural algae in it, and its really really refreshing on the skin. It doesn't clog pores. At Night: I wash my face with the cleanser, but instead of using my hands, I use this little face buffer I found at Salley's. It's gentle enough for everyday use. Then I tone, after that I use the vitamin E oil. I use very little and gently massage it into my skin. Only when the acne marks are. Since I started using vitamin e oil, my skin is a lot, a lot better than it ever has been before. My skin never looked better. I feel confident enough to walk through malls with my head held high. Good Luck everyone :) Oh btw for those of you sceptical about the vitamin E oil, look at the reviews on this website. |

| Bottom line | I will be 30 this yr. I have suffered from acne since being a preteen. I have used proactive, neutrogena, clearasil, along with every other over the counter product available. It is true, products work for some people and not for others. I am 3 weeks in to trying Murad. Because I have sensitive skin, I am only using this product 1 time a day. I am a little disappointed because my face has become VERY dry, like when I used Proactive. The doctor said dryness would not occur. And that has become the worst part for me. I will keep with it, I know it will get worse, before it gets better. The medicine has to draw out all the dirt in order to heal. I'm expecting to have more breakouts. I am hoping that by my birthday in August, I will have clear beautiful skin, as this product advertises! The paperwork I received when I purchased Murad said I would have clear skin by March 22....we will see and I will update my review as things change. |

| Cons | It made my face look like garbage, and I have the pictures to prove it. I have had to purchase make up, concealer, you name it, and my skin looks terrible. I have NEVER had breakouts so bad. I used Proactiv for years, and the old formula seemed to no longer work, and plus I wanted to try something new, but what a mistake that was. This is the worse product ever created. |
| Bottom line | This product is absolutely terrible, and will ruin any chances of beautiful skin. Even my upper chest and neck have broken out. They started recommending other products and I was reluctant because they had nothing to do with my skin care concerns. I should have stayed with what I was using. This product line has ruined my skin. My skin looks worse than it ever did before and I promise you if they do not get it together, I will be contacting my representatives. |

| Bottom line | I have been a faithful user of BP for years, but decided I wanted to try and get away from it, because it can be a bit harsh for my skin. I heard "rave" reviews about how wonderful Murad was, and decided to try it. If anything - it would be any different than what I was currently using. My face broke out fairly bad (at least compared to how my face was). I could only stand using the system for four weeks, and at that point I was afraid that I was going to get premanent scarring if I continued. I switched back to BP last night, and my skin already looks better. I know Murad works for some people. It did not work for me. I learned my lesson - the painful way. |

| Bottom line | I've suffered with acne for 18 years. I decided to try Murad because I was tired of ProActiv bleaching every fabric it touched and it didn't get my skin 100% clear. Murad did! It took several months, but my skin is smooth, glowing and totally blemish free. So stick with it! It will eventually work! The Murad oil-absorbing sunscreen is wonderful too. |
