Pros: Works! Cons: Smells kind of peculiar, Some dry patches but nothing compared to the 30+ previous acne products I've tried. Bottom Line: It works, works, works! Though the infomercial said it will take 4 weeks, it took 8+ weeks for me, but it is very worth it. My skin is not only healthy but hydrated and clean! Very refeshing. Pros: ha! Cons: glad I didnt order after reviewing all of these. Bottom Line: I called and the first thing they asked me was my credit card type and card number. I then said WOW can you tell me about this product first and they said ' well what do you want to know mam, didnt you get all of the information off the info(on TV)' .....How unprofessional and sounded like a scam. Pros: The Murad skin care product works excellent if you use it properly, doesn’t dry out skin like most acne product, doesn’t leave scars, dries quickly.What’s there more to say best acne product I ever used. Cons: Price way over priced. Packaging.... a little cheap produced. Doesn’t smell the greatest Bottom Line: First of all I want to say I been suffering from acne for 6 years,(now clear) and I tried a lot of different methods to stay clear from acne, all I can say do your research people... A product will not make your skin completely free of acne you know that, no product out there can do that, but it will help control the bacteria on your skin. “MURAD” does an amazing job best anti acne product I tried out there, Like I mentioned before this product will only HELP kill the bacteria on your skin. And that means it’s like a fire distinguisher, but doesn’t take care of the problem. The problem is inside you and you have to treat acne from INSIDE. All I can say is to clear up your acne you have to do the following: 1. Stop blaming acne products (fire distinguishers) that they don’t work, you completely know that they are just there to help out not cure acne. 2. Pros: Cleared up and kept my skin rehydrated so quickly! Makes my skin super soft and cleansed. The packet that comes with it is very easy to read and follow and explains everything. Very good live team if you need to contact them. Cons: A slight tingly/burn with the lotion - but it stopped after a few seconds. Purging was a bit gross but it cleared up fairly quickly. Pros: If used as directed it will work...for most people. Cons: The sticky gel, yeah it's sticky but it works. The purging. It will stop. I'm living proof. Bottom Line: I'm 43, African American & have adult acne. My acne was so bad it felt like I could peel a layer off...literally I've used & am still using the Murad Acne Kit. It works just give it some time. Based on how severe your acne is it may work faster for others. I've used it for 4 weeks. It says to allow atleast 4 weeks. I've been using it now for 6 weeks. I was on prescription meds 1st. I stopped using those, 1 for morning & 1 for evening & started using the Murad. The purging was awful, REALLY awful!! I was getting dry patches & my face was red as a piece of cinnamon candy! In the middle of the 3rd week I used the prescription meds on the dry patches in addition to the Murad & now no more dry patches & my skin is acne free! I still have an occassional pimple every now & then but I just apply the Acne Spot Treatment twice a day until it goes away. There's no cure for acne but thus far this is the best product I've ever tried! My skin is clear and well hydrated. Recommended: Yes Usage: C has used this item for about a month. Pros: none Cons: it smells bad and makes the acne worse. Bottom Line: Try something natural like pronexin. DO NOT use this product.It makes your skin irritated. Pros: The lotion made my skin look good,It wasn't too oily or dry. Pros: The people in their infomercial are CONVINCING. But hindsight, wouldn't really consider this a pro, not for me at least. A pro for the profitability of their company maybe Cons: 1) smells FUNKY 2) lotion made my face EXTREMELY shiny (& oily) like a new bowling ball 3) treatment gel kind of burns and the stickiness never went away 4) caused excess oil production 5) oh! and did I forget to mention the so-called "purging"? Bottom Line: There's nothing else I can really say that the others haven't already said. Nonetheless, I just have to say THIS: put on your sneakers and RUN (that's right!) AWAY from this product. I understand that we're all unique + different in our own little ways & that the responsiveness of our skin to this product's no exception. So there're prbly ppl out there that ACTUALLY benefitted from it. But personally, I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. Not even to my own worse enemy (if I had one =p) b/c NO ONE should have to feel what I feel right now, as a result from using Murad. And what else? When I called to cancel my membership, the "skin care specialist," who thought & said herself that I had an allergic reaction (which I didn't! I just kept it convoluted b/c I didn't want to hear her preaching about the product anymore), encouraged me to keep using ALL of the product since they have a bottom-of-the-bottle refund. Pros: there were no pros Cons: it stinks its expensive for something that doesnt even qualify it made my acne grow all over my face and they were huge and they hurt Bottom Line: try it maybe of you have little acne here and there but if your acne is terrible like mine go see your dermatologist they know what their doing and they can give you something but dont try murrad if your acne is bad bottom line!!!!
