Pros: Immediately effective, as promised. I rarely have acne flare-ups, but live in a polluted city which caused my skin to break out. Nothing worked -- I saw the Murad promo on TV. Was skeptical. But saw the sampler pack at Sephora and tried. It worked!! Cons: The serum has an unpleasant odor, but the soothing lotion is nice. Bottom Line: It's the only product I have 100% confidence in to clear up flare-ups. Recommended: Yes Usage: Kat has used this item for about a year. Pros: It felt nice on the skin and you don't need a lot. The first few days using murad perfecting lotion, it dried up pimples that i felt were forming. Cons: After a week usage, my skin started to get worse than EVER! I had bumps forming on my forehead and large pimples forming on my cheeks, jawline and neck, which rarely ever happen. Bottom Line: I thought it would help but it didn't! My skin hasn't been this bad since purity. I thought the bumps and pimples were just part of the purging stage but my skin never got better and now is worse than when i started. Its been a week now since i stopped using it and my skin is still feeling the effects and the scars left behind. I read reviews beforehand, good and bad, but thought it may work for me - IT DIDN'T. I wish i had listened to the warnings people put up. I'm letting you know now. DON'T USE IT!!!!! Proactive is much much more effective. Pros: love it! my face has cleared up. not all the way. but has done a gooood job, NOTHING else has worked that ive tryed! IM STICKING w. it (= Cons: TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE I MUST SAY! Bottom Line: LOOOVE IT! Purging for about 1/2 weeks! then your skin starts to heal and heal! trust me in about a month you'll get a compliment saying, YOUR SKIN IS REALLY CLEARING UP!! Pros: Makes your skin feel light and very refreshed! Cons: Kind of expensive, but it is worth it! Bottom Line: I use acne complex for like 2 weeks and it made my skin clear and soft. Pros: My skin is amazingly clear and flawless it makes my skin feel smooth and refreshed! My acne is now gone and I have BEAUTIFUL SKIN! Try this for yourself you will not be sorry! Cons: The price , but if you get the 30 day kit it will last you a long time. Bottom Line: This stuff is AMAZING! I can't live without it. My skin is BEAUTIFUL thanks to Murad. My skin is so smooth and clear! And I have amazing confidence knowing that my skin looks great without makeup! I have been using Murad for about 4/5 weeks and I saw results in 10 days. I would definitely recommend Murad acne complex to anybody that is tired of using stuff that doesn't work. I’m 14 years old and I have had sooo much trouble with my skin and now I have finally found something that really works!!! Pros: did clear it up somewhat, but again for the price should have been worked better. I only bought the wash and the spot treatment. Cons: Drys skin out, however a light moisturizer fixes it. Scarring still bad. redness stays. Bottom Line: Too pricey for not being that effective. Recommended: No Usage: jenn has used this item for a few months. Pros: Smells good and makes my skin feel good! Cons: Expensive - but good skin is worth it!! Bottom Line: I had been using Proactiv for 5+years and my face was starting to break out so I decided to change my regiment. I have to say that in the first two weeks I noticed my skin was softer and not as dry as it used to be from using the repairing lotion from the Proactiv kit. Then from about week 3-5 my face went through the purging process and all I can say is thank goodness for makeup!! I had major breakouts but, by week 5 I was cleared up and looking great. I am now only left with the red acne scars which I hope will eventually fade by using the Murad products. I am sooo glad I gave this chance and I think it is important that people realize everyone's skin is different. What may work for me may not work for you .... or it might!!!! Try it !!! Pros: nothing Cons: I started using this medicine to clear up a few acne spots. It worked for the first week or two and Ihave been using for almost two months and my face looks even worse now than it did before I ever started this product. Bottom Line: DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! I wish I would have read all these reviews before I bought this. Trust me, my breakouts now are painful and a lot worse than before. I do NOT recommend this MURAD acne complex product what so ever!
