| Pros: | I've been on "the pill" for my acne and that cut my acne in half. But just recently i thought i'd get my prescription filled for this and take it WITH the pill. It cleared up the other half of my acne so now I'm basically acne free! |
| Cons: | itchy face. feeling dizzy at random moments... |
| Bottom Line: | it works?! |
| Recommended: | Yes |
| Usage: | Liza has used this item for a few weeks. |

| Bottom Line: | i've been taking it for about 5 months now my face is clear but i'm afraid of what will happen after i stop taking it and i dont want ot be on it forever cuz of the blue skin that might happen |

yes it reduces redness but also reduces acne |
| Cons: | sometimes itchy |
| Bottom Line: | Deff a good product for the summer when the heat attacks your skin. because heat and sweat make bacteria and this product kills bateria along with dinocycline |

| Pros: | reduces redness.... |
| Cons: | nothing of note, possible immunity or sun sensitivity |
| Bottom Line: | You people need to understand that Mino IS NOT designed to get rid of acne or is it supposed to (I don't know what your Dr.'s are telling you, maybe they know this and take advantage of more visits). The idea behind Mino is to REDUCE THE REDNESS of your acne. IF used in CONJUNCTION with a prescribed cleanser and lotion, you will see major changes fast.
Save yourself money and time. Instead of ALWAYS going back to the Derm and asking the same question,"What else you got, this didn't work?" Ask the Dr. to prescribe the Mino, with a nice antibacterial cleanser and lotion (NO GELS) you will find it does wonders.
If you live within 6 hours of Atlanta, call the the Atlanta Dermatology Associates (use google to find), and ask for an appointment with Dr. Krauss, he's the man. Before I had my appointment 8 years ago I had bad acne, now my face is perfect. Literally perfect!
MINO = LESS RED
CLEANZ & LOTION = NO ACNE
*RX plan is between $250 - $350, but well wo |

| Pros: | works well |
| Cons: | my skin is starting to itch! |
| Bottom Line: | I used minocycline years ago and it worked really well with absolutely no side effects. Now I'm 42 and using it again (middle aged acne AND wrinkles -- life is truly unfair). Anyway, I've been taking it for a few weeks and started having weird itching episodes that are random and come and go... Very odd. Not so bad that I'd stop taking the minocycline, but we'll see how it goes... |

| Pros: | No side effects. |
| Cons: | It didn't work at all. |
| Bottom Line: | I was on a three month treatment course and my skin didn't clear up at all. I have constant breakouts, blackheads all over my nose, and occasional cysts. None of this cleared up. On the other hand, I didn't experience headaches, nausea, or dizziness. I think it all depends on your specific body chemistry. I was prescribed this by my regular physician, not a dermatologist, who I don't think was very familiar with acne problems. |

| Pros: | Helped clear up acne for a little bit. |
| Cons: | Severe nausea, dizziness, vomiting and diarrhea. |
| Bottom Line: | NOT WORTH THE SIDE EFFECTS. I ended up back at the doctor to treat the side effects they were so bad. Also, as soon as I quit taking it, the acne came right back. I would rather have bad skin! |
