I found this site by reading a selfhelp article on self confidence.
Im 30 y/o and acne is troubling me since i have been 16 y/o

Because of that i have been a virgin till i was 22 y/o haha, i met a girl at 22 for with i have been having a relationship for almost 8 years, we broke up last year...

Im trying to build my confidence and self esteem, so i can go out and meet other women in bars clubs etc.But this acne, somehow started to turn up bad again, maybe stress due to the break up?
It hasnt been this bad since years.

This really bothers me, so im browsing the forums for help, info and tips.
