Initial side effects of Spiro

Just prescribed spiro today- 50 mg twice a day. Is there anyone who can tell me what side effects I may experience at first? Im taking my first pill tonight.. I have along work day tomoro and just want to be ready for what may happen.the pharm. said I may be dizzy

anyone have any tips to calm skin down in 24/48 hrs? my face burns, is flaky, and there is clusters of big and small pimples everywhere. i don't know what has caused my skin to freak the hell out but i look hideous. i just want to hide

Does anyone know the cheapest way to go about getting on accutane?

I have actually been on accutane before in 2006. My acne is returning now after 2 1/2 years of clear skin. I do not have insurance and didn't before, payed out of pocket for the whole thing. I didn't spend (or my parents didn't spend) all that money for stinkin acne to come back like the plague. I was under the impression it was a one time thing that would cure or dramatically reduce acne pimples. And it did until now. My dermatotlogist is willing to put me back on it, I recently talked to her on the phone.. but i'm so broke and can barely afford to go see her once just to get the prescription! I can probably find a way to budget to where all my money goes to accutane, since now I am paying for it -parents are broke as well. But does anyone know of any options? Is getting good medical insurance for like 6 months a good idea? I've heard getting accutane from Canada is much cheaper. But if anyone has any suggestions for me I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
