I've been able to subscribe to this newsletter and it is the real thing I have read for years about acne! I'm sorry to the author of this letter, I really need to post this out here. This would be long because it is composed of a 10 days worth of newsletter. Be prepared to be shocked!

How's the acne today? I hope its a little bit better
than yesterday. The following is the first piece of the
puzzle in getting rid of your acne quickly and permanently.

To acheive quick and permanent results, you have to start
ignoring the symptoms (pimples, redness, whiteheads, blackheads,
basically all the stuff we usually look at in the mirror every
30 minutes ) You have to concentrate on what is really
causing your acne. By doing so, you will also be healthier
overall and other diseases will never bother you.
You see, this stuff doesn't just apply to acne.

So let's break this down...

Your body is equipped with the most advanced cleansing
in the world. This cleansing system is responsible for
keeping your hormones in balance, toxins out of your body (so
important for clear skin) and it is directly responsible
for nutrient absorption and if this cleansing system
were to ever stop working, you would DIE in less than 3

But for most acne sufferers, your "internal cleansing system"

Hello again!

How's it going ? How's the skin ? My mood used to be related almost
exclusively to how my acne was doing... On days that my skin
was good, I was happy and on days where it was bad, my mood was
very much along the lines of "don't talk to me !" Trust me, its
much more pleasant to wake up happy everyday.

Did you get apples? Oranges? You should if you haven't already!
Don't skip it because its a small thing, the small things add up!

Ok, ok,

We're going to start speeding things up a bit in
the next couple days, hold on to your hats, we'll be clearing your
acne.

Remember how we were talking about your digestive system being
responsible for keeping your body clean and acne free?

Well, your digestive system is like... <ahem> a big toilet.

If you CLOG it up with paper and things it can't flush, it will
overload and spew everything on the floor.

Your body is kind of the same. When you specific foods that are
HARD to digest, you are essentially clogging up your toilet.

Clogged Toilet = Overflow on the floor
Clogged Digestive System = Overflow through the skin

SIMPLE.

What clogs it up ?
Eating too many 'gummy & hard to digest foods'

Breaded products are some of the best at clogging up your system.
That HUGE pizza you eat at night ? Yeah, THAT clogs up your
body like no other. I've been there many times.

Even WORSE, those soft, moist pastries (think banana bread,
brownies, soft cookies) Those act exactly like a giant cork.

"But Eric! There's bread in everything"
I know, I know. First, brown bread is much easier to digest.
Second, if you are going to eat bread, eat LESS of it at a time.

If you eat a little of it, slowly... it will be MUCH easier for
your body to process.

The hardest things are always the things you have to "not do".
Trust me, this one is worth it.

If you eliminate eating huge "clogging foods" you'll see MASSIVE
differences in your skin in record time. Your energy will also
double.

What if your body is ALREADY clogged with these foods?

Well there's a special way to UNCLOG it no matter what!
Its amazing, with that technique, you can eat almost
ANYTHING (even if you shouldn't!) and STILL get away with it.

Today is a great day.

We're really going to start shaking things up today (literally)
and I'm telling you right now, you might not like it immediately
but you'll LOVE it after a week.

How to get your digestive system to a 75%+ efficiency and have
DRAMATICALLY clearer skin ?

If you had something stuck in a long pipe.. How would you get it
out if you weren't allowed shoving in a rod to physically push it
out ? (trust me, we don't want that)

I would shake it. VICIOUSLY.

And what if shaking it alone didn't work ?
Well... I would add some sort of lubricant to make it slip.
I'd probably add oil, lots of oil until it covered all the walls
of my pipe and then I would shake it again.

Humans are the same. We need oils to be properly lubricated.
THIS is why oils are so important. If you had no oil in your
body, you wouldn't be alive.

Unfortunately, most ACNE sufferers don't enough of the right oil.
You don't want the sticky oil that hardens up in your body
(that's the one you find in most fast foods!).

You want oil that is liquid and viscous at human body temperature,
so at 98.6 °F which is 37.0 °C. Olive oil and coconut oil are
some of the best oils you can take! Flaxseed is also excellent.

These oils WILL lubricate your system and help your acne
tremendously.

Once your body is lubricated, shake it. How ? Well jumping up and
down isn't much fun (unless you're on a trampoline) but walking,
jogging, running or doing almost ANY activity is a great way to
shake your body.

Trust me, if you oil your body up properly and THEN exercise,
magical things will happen. You will be seeing bowel movements
like never before, GOOD ones that aren't painful. You might even
clog your toilet (the real one)... heheh.

Doing this regularly will have HUGE impacts on your skin. Your
body will be completely clean of toxins and your skin will
see a massive improvement.

There's only ONE aspect left that will make ALL of these steps
work SO MUCH FASTER. It also CONTRADICTS everything you have
probably read about health before.

Its really groundbreaking.
Once you understand the concepts behind it, you'll laugh at
all the people recommending the EXACT opposite. This has a very
direct impact on your acne!


A discovery that contradicts everything
Hey wapak,

Today I have something to share with you that I discovered
by accident when I was suffering from acne.

I just COULDN'T understand it before, but now that I grasped
the concept, it just seems to obvious.

Every time I used to go on vacation, I would eat out at
restaurants 3 times a day. After every meal, I would
completely full... restaurants tend to do that to me.

However, I was moving around a lot (you don't stay still when
you're on vacation!) and I noticed that when I CONSISTENTLY ate
large portions for a week, my skin actually started clearing up.

What the?! I was eating junk! Stuff I would normally NEVER
eat and YET, it wasn't affecting me.

I was perplexed. This was the complete OPPOSITE of what I was
expecting to happen and it took me a LONG time to figure out
why this was happening.

In the end, it was simple, the large,u consistent volumes of food
that I was eating was PUSHING the old food out. I was essentially
cleaning out my body by giving it a lot of stuff to process.

That also explained why when I would eat very little (for example
forgetting to eat a meal because I'm busy at work), I would
break out ! When I ate irregularly and small portions, I just
wasn't putting enough pressure and things were getting stuck!

So how do we apply this ?

EAT enough AND In a regular fashion! Food "pushes" its way through
your digestive system. If you're one of those people that don't
eat much, then you won't have much food "pushing down" its way
through your digestive system.

After figuring this out, I started having regular healthy meals
and I LOST a bit of weight. Aye, its weird how the body works
sometimes.

Not only that, but my entire body was MUCH more resistant to acne.
Things that would of previously affected me... didn't.

The acne secret used by actors and models
Hi wapak,

How's it going ? Did you get the apples? Oil?
Start avoiding heavy clogging foods? Exercise?

I know its a lot, but we're doing a complete overhaul here!

Now you can understand why I have been letting feeding you
this bit by bit. But seriously, get EXCITED because the
best is yet to come!

But for today, here's a SIMPLE way to help your acne that
gives very quick results.

According to my research and personal experience, there is a general
trend in acne severity every single year.

In the summer, people tend to have less acne and in the winter,
people tend to break out. Usually people are more active during
the summer, but a part from that, the other main factor is the
exposure to sunlight.

In winter, people tend to hibernate and stay inside... a LOT.

There's been a lot of debate lately on the effects
of the sun on humans. For the past 10 years the media has
been feeding us that the sun the BAD and you should avoid
it at all cost, a bit like Micheal Jackson does.

By the way, how healthy does HE look ?

There is a new study that was just published by the British
Medical Association that talks about the sun. In short, it says
that: getting 15 minutes of sun per day
dramatically improves your body's health & immune system.

Does this help acne? You bet!
Getting 15 minutes of sun per day is one of the most beneficial
things you can do for acne. This should help you out a bit this
summer.

Getting a little bit of sun:
- Boosts your immune system
- Kills the acne bacteria on your face
- Makes you sweat out all the impurities
- Opens your pores
- Reduces acne inflammation (as long as its small amounts of
sun)

All these things are amazing for acne, so if you are being a
hermit and staying inside all the time, get out a bit more!

Sun tanning beds are NOT ideal. In fact, they can be down right
dangerous. However, some people still use them to kill the acne
bacteria and it does work.

I wouldn't recommend it however. Its better to get 15 minutes of
natural sunlight, the benefits are the same ! Get some sun,
maybe while getting a little bit of exercise, it will do miracles.

Catch up day ! Recap of what we covered so far.
Hello wapak,

I've thrown a lot of stuff at you in the past week to help clear
up your acne. It's a lot of stuff to implement in a week, and we
still have a LOT more to come.

In fact, the best methods for clearing up acne RAPIDLY are still
to come. Seriously, this upcoming technique destroys acne like
no other.

But before unveiling it to the world, I am still testing out
with a select group of people to see exactly which proportions
work the best.

Trust me, you will be amazed when this thing comes out!

Its important to continue implementing the knowledge you have
received this week.

This week, we have covered that a faulty digestive system
is a major factor in acne production due to toxins being improperly
expelled.

In order to aid this,
- You should take 1-2 apples or orange per day.
- Increase your oil intake.
- Exercise 10-15 minutes a day
- Avoid 'clogging foods'

In addition, we also covered that natural sunlight is
beneficial to acne, it is recommended to get 10-15 minutes of
natural sunlight per day.

Start by implementing these few things every day and build them
into your daily routine. If you haven't already, now is the time

The 3 simple steps to getting acne.

How's the skin doing ? We aren't stopping until your acne is
completely clear!

Today is REALLY important, we're getting down to the REAL
reason acne forms.

Have you ever looked at a pimple and wondered:
"Why are you on my face, where everyone can see you?"

I remember thinking this ALL the time.

Why is it pimples are most likely to appear on the face?

For acne to form, 3 conditions must be met, and these conditions
are usually met on your face!

If ONE condition is not met, acne simply cannot form.
Its like trying to start a fire without air!

The conditions for acne are:

- Bacteria
- Clogged pore
- Sebum

Tale of a pimple
Step 1. Sebum (the white stuff) is trapped because of clogged pores
and stays underneath your skin for an extended period of time.

Step 2. Bacteria LOVES sebum, it eats away at it and uses it as
main source of food. Combine stagnant sebum with bacteria,
and bacteria will multiply and develop. Similar to mold growing
on rotten food.

Step 3. Your body's immune system responds by sending white
blood cells to fight the large accumulation of bacteria, causing
the reddish inflammation.

Eliminate any of these steps and you won't have acne!

Tomorrow we'll go over EXACTLY how to eliminate the conditions

Eliminating the Conditions that cause Acne
Hello!

Its time to unveil one of the most effective methods to reducing
your acne. This is so important that you might want to actually
PRINT this out, or copy / paste it into a notepad file to refer
to it later.

I'm a HUGE believer in curing acne from the inside out,
but with this process, you will accelerate the process ten folds!

So let's recap the variables that cause acne:

- Bacteria
- Sebum
- Clogged pores

Bacteria will ALWAYS be there, it multiplies too rapidly to stop.
And the more you try to stop it, the stronger it will return.
This is what acne creams try to suppress and it always fails.
To make matters even worse, it dries up the skin and
clogs more pores!

Sebum will always be there, without it, your skin would look
like paper. Accutane and other powerful drugs aim at suppressing
sebum, once again, this is unhealthy and the body fights back a
few months after the treatment, causing the famous 'rebound effect'.

So what's left?

The clogged pores. And its REALLY easy to unclog.
Unfortunately, most people just don't know how to do it.
They use scrubs and masks that irritate the skin more than
anything else. Or they get special acne scrubs which kill more
skin cells! Resulting in clogged pores!

Dry skin is dead skin, if you ever get dry skin, then you have
clogged pores.

The best way to unclog your pores, and dramatically reduce
your acne, is through my special steam & scrub & toner.

- Pore unclogging 101 -
Step 1. Simply steam your face for 10-13 minutes. This will
open all your pores and all the impurities and skin cells will
be BEGGING to come off.

Step 2. Mix 75% baking soda with 25% water, it will turn into
a soft white pasty scrub. Use this to GENTLY massage your face
immediately after steaming. Baking soda is extreme basic and
will suck all the dead skin cells and impurities from your face.

Step 3. Rinse with cold water, apply toner
( I use 50% ACV - 50% water, but any toner will do)

The FIRST day after you do this, your skin will appear worse.
This is because everything that was about to 'come out' is
coming out.

The SECOND day will show improvements

The THIRD & FOURTH day will produce dramatic improvements.

Repeat this process once every 2 weeks.
This should help a LOT in battling your acne. I remember the first
time I did this, I was completely blown away by the results!

It's unbelievable how much it helps.

Its not the alcohol that's making him break out, its the sugar.
Some people are more prone to sugar related breakouts than others.

Therefore, anything mixed with coke, sprite or ice tea is very
bad because its quite high in sugar. (Red Bull won't be
any better either)

This is the same reason why SOME people have to avoid orange
juice! And oranges are good for you!

Alcohols to avoid:
Any syrup/sweet alcohol (ie: Limonchello, Rum, Goldshlagger, etc)

Mixing agents to avoid:
(Orange juice, Coke, 7UP, Ice Tea, Energy Drinks)
(ps. diet coke is even worse than regular coke because
it contains aspartame)

Anything else should be OK! I know that doesn't leave much...
You could have wine...

In all seriousness though, I wouldn't really
worry too much about having 1-2 drinks. Enjoy your life,
its alright to deviate from an ideal 'path' once in a while,
as long as you get back on it.

really like goat milk soap. Its amazing and doesn't dry up
your skin. I highly recommend it.

There are many acne treatment products designed to clear up acne pimples that simply don’t work. The most popular products on the market today are the famous benzoyl peroxide based acne cream.

These creams are designed for acne prone skin care and aim to eliminate the bacteria which causes it. In theory, without bacteria, acne would not form. The active ingredient in most creams for pimples is benzoyl peroxide, which has been proven to kill p. acne vulgaris but is also very damaging to the skin.

Benzoyl peroxide dries up the skin, pharmaceutical companies have combined benzoyl peroxide with moisturizing agents to neutralize this effect.

The Problem with most Products used in the Treatment of Acne

The problem with all acne creams is that it only temporarely kills the bacteria. The bacteria that is responsible for acne is very resilient and returns withing hours of it being killed. This is why the only successful acne cream regimen seems to be Dan’s from Acne.org in which he applies exorbitants amount of cream all over his face. The cream is then absorbed by the skin and provides longer lasting effects versus bacteria.

It is then essential to apply massive amounts of moisturizer in order to keep your face from litteraly peeling off. He claims that it takes 2-3 months for your face to get adjusted harshness of the benzoyl peroxide, after which the redness fades away.

I do not know the long term effects of this treatment, but I would imagine that applying heavy dosages of benzoil peroxide for 10 years would not be healthy. Especially since your liver is responsible for filtering all the chemicals absorbed through your skin.
The solution to treat acne? Avoid most creams!

The worse creams seem to be the ones that are commercially available over the counter. These do not successfully kill the bacteria and dry the skin. This results in more breakouts than before, resulting in the consumer buying more creams. Instead, concentrating on keeping your skin as healthy as possible will be much more effective in your fight against acne. So throw those acne treatment products away, most of them are junk anyways.

First some introduction: Hi! I'm a 19 years old male bearing acne for the last 6 years starting from when I was still 13 years old.

Then some acne background information: It was when I was 13 years old that my first pimple appeared. Being young and misinformed about acne, as most of us are when we first encounter it since we do not care about it when we don't have it, I decided to use safeguard soap to wash my face believing what the mainstream media and doctors were saying that time that it is bacteria that's causing pimples to appear is true. After that, my nightmare has begun.

Acne spread through my face and my confidence crumbled to the ground. Then I consult my parents and they told me it's "probably" in the blood and I should just continue using soap and water to my face for it to go away. But the "going away" part didn't happen and my face looked worse than before. I tried BP, Eskinol, even Alcohol and a lot more that I can't and don't want to remember anymore. Some have no effect, some subsided the "from-pimple-to-now-acne problem" a little bit but it is still there and I know it and other made it worse. My face also looks always tired, pale, dull and lifeless. After all this I tried water only washing but still breaking out. So I thought normal cleansers would do it but still breaking out. Before this regimen I am into the proactive 3-step system. It did clear some of the acne but it is still there and pimples are still appearing every now and then and takes like forever to heal. On top of that, they leave red marks that seems to stay forever! It would be the worse. And it says that you should continue using it like forever in your life to stay clear. BUT with a pale, dull and lifeless looking face? NO WAY!

A couple of weeks back I was seriously considering accutane. Checking out all the logs here on accutane and the logs and reviews on the web regarding it. I am about to check my student insurance too if they would cover my accutane sessions. Luckily it was holiday season and so it did not happen. At first the results I am reading seems to me as remarkable as if it was a miracle. Days passed and I realized that the side effects were horrible. I looked into Dan's Regimen and made a thought on how to do it given that I can't afford and order it. So I was looking into alternatives. While I am on it, I came across a signature from jan carlo and it was talking about something about natural healing of acne so I looked into it. Doing a research on it showed that there are also other people that have undergone the same thing. Day 2
I considered this day two as I remember the last time I washed my face was the the other day when I took a bath. At that time I am confused whether to try it out now or later because of the things that will happen. But then again the thought of having pale face and still having acne struck me and I unconsciously decided not to wash my face at that time with proactive anymore. Now I officially will be sticking into this regimen no matter what happens(good or bad). My face on day one as far as I can remember is pale, dull and lifeless after washing then becomes oily after 2-4 hours later.

Right now my face is oily everywhere except on the chin and jaw line. I took pictures of my today's condition and will put them up once ready. Another thing worth note taking is that every time I sleep with oily face in these past 2 days, I wake up with healthy looking face. Though not a normal healthy skin yet but still much better than when I was still using proactive. Another thing is sitting in front of the computer for prolonged hours makes my face oily compared to the little to no oil I saw in the afternoon while I was out to the mall.

They decided "what the heck--I'm using a bunch of this stuff". They had nothing to lose, so they didn't apply anything anymore. They went to bed and hoped for the best. How the Regimen works

Step 1

No Face Wash: No face wash process will help your skin recover from all those times you were hurting it. Allowing the skin to revert itself back to the way it should have been have you not used all those poisonous products due to paranoia.

Step 2

Bear It: The recovering process would surely be not for those with a faint-heart as it would be inevitable that it would look worst for you comparing it to your previous experiences. But this is temporary and would usually just last for a month or two. After that is your way into clear healthy skin.

Step 3

Savor It: Live your life to the fullest with your now-found-long-lost healthy clear skin.

Step-by-Step

Important: For best results, the Regimen should be performed wholeheartedly and with all your dedication into it. Follow the steps below precisely as outlined. I cannot make this point strongly enough. Maybe even print out this page and take it anywhere with you. Also, avoiding irritation is of paramount importance. Try to keep your skin relatively untouched as you go through your day.

Step 1 Recover
  • Halt using all your topical products that you are currently using.
  • This would be a trial-and-error method to see what effect each have on you then tweak to your convenience.
  • After stopping your topical products, simply wash your face with tap water. If you feel dry after washing simply with tap water then replace tap water with bottled water. If you still feel dry after using bottled water then use filtered tap water.
  • If all of the above leaves your skin dry no matter what then it's time for no water.
  • For ten days do not let water touch your face and see how it reacts. If it's oily then continue as this will benefit you much.
  • Leave your face alone, this includes all the pimples, pustules, cysts, whiteheads, blackheads and most importantly the OILINESS and DEAD SKIN.
  • For bacne, wash with water ONLY(no soap or anything else that you use for your bacne) on areas that have pimples and all that but still wash the way you usually do the "no problem areas" of your body(in example, armpits, private parts, etc). The last part is provided for you to maintain your hygiene.
  • For your hair, do not shampoo your hair as much as possible unless you deem it extremely necessary. And still while shampooing, do not ever let water touch your face as much as possible.
  • Let your skin do it's thing.
  • Do not pick your face for heaven's sake, no, for YOUR own sake!
  • For shaving, this is something men can't avoid so here it is. In terms of shaving you should experiment and find out which works best for you that will not irritate your skin as much as possible. Try single blade razors, if it doesn't work then double blade, then triple, then electric razor. If all of these fails then there's no other choice but to trim only. Probably your meant to have a beard.(Okay, the last one is not a fact and you can probably take it as a joke) Do try different strokes, against the grain or follow the grain, do try every conceivable technique of shaving then choose the best one that do not irritate your skin.


Important: They've said this before but they must say it again. It is important not to irritate your skin. Your fingers should not touch your skin as much as possible.
Do not use soap on the Regimen; it can strip and over dry the skin. A tell-tale sign that a product is "soap" is when there is no list of ingredients on the package.

Step 2 Maintain
  • After you have passed one month no water period, maintain Step 1 but at this stage I will teach you how to tweak the regimen to your personal needs.
  • Okay, I understand that it is almost impossible not to let water touch your face forever. So from this time it's time to introduce water into the regimen. This is a trial and error method since we have different skin types, reactions and such. This time, simply wash your face with tap water. If you feel dry after washing simply with tap water then replace tap water with bottled water. If you still feel dry after using bottled water then use filtered tap water. If all these still makes you dry then you are better off with no water.
  • If you are very conscious with the flakiness then don't be! It is simply a cover to you recovering new skin below it. This will subside over time so don't worry. You will have normal skin soon and mind you that even normal skin shed dead skin cells. It's just that you currently have damaged skin that is why it flakes to recover.
  • If you are very conscious about the oiliness then heed this: "We have a natural oil covering our skin named sebum, which is produced by glands in the skin. When the oil is removed by frequent use of drying agents, such as soap, the skin becomes dry which can lead to cracking and flaking. Once cracking occurs the skin is susceptible to inflammation and itching. Everyday factors that may cause drying of the skin include harsh soaps, long hot baths or showers. In our modern culture, most people overdo skin cleansing." Think that you are actually in a much better state since you still have your natural moisturizer and you only need to have it work the way it should have always been. And this is part of the recovery process.
  • If you are very conscious about still having pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, etc then again don't be! As human beings we aren't perfect and so occasional pimples will still come every now and then. BUT observe that it would disappear much faster than before because this time your skin is naturally healing itself. Give it time and it'll do it's thing.
  • If you feel oily but then after looking at the mirror and seeing that it seems dry then be glad! For it is a sign that you oil now is properly moisturizing your face underneath the skin and not on top of it.

Step 3
  • Heed this advice! Eat healthy and exercise, even though diet is not directly related to your acne, it simply makes sense that now you are relying on your natural repair system(and not some harsh chemical) you should keep your body at it's best. But remember to not overdo things, keep it balanced. There are lots of guidelines out there on how much a normal person should have this and that and it's for you too look for them now. It's you responsibility as much as mine.
    And don't forget your sleep as it is the time that our body maintenance can do it's work most.
  • Consider this not as a regimen but a lifestyle that you have been living with since your birth and should have been living with all those years with acne only if you didn't freak out with a couple of pimple and put a bunch of o-t-c topical products, oral antibiotics and whatever those things are.
  • Even while having clear healthy skin, always be on the alert! If ever you break out horribly again(I literally mean horrible,not just a couple of pimples) then think back and see if you eat drink or do something unusual and it would be likely the cause. Obviously you should avoid that again if you don't want your face to break out. Change is an everyday process so even if your taking the safe side and still break out then find out on your own which triggers the break out and eliminate it from your lifestyle. If it is vital to your everyday life then try to do it less than before or eliminate for a week then try again.


Note: For women itching to try this one, just do it! Ditch the make-up and let your natural beauty shine. I for one wants my girl to be as most natural as she can be and I simply find it irresistible and sexy. And I know it's goes the same for other men too. Requiring women to have make-up on is simply a social conditioning to make you use all those products which in turn makes them more profit.

Another thing, I know this will be criticized, bashed and all that. But remember that cosmetic industry is receiving billions of dollars out of this business simply by creating products having artists and models promote them even though the products itself is not working. FYI companies have agents that lurks in their competitors product reviews bashing them just for the sake of more income. What more in forums like this one, they surely have agents discouraging people to resort to anything other than their products! I know it's dirty tactic but it is the reality of what is happening these days. And for those who are very skeptic to the bones, then for others sake stick to your regimen if you think that is helping you in anyway even if it is not(proven by your negative attitude towards life that your regimen doesn't work and you still consider acne as your whole life), and let them be liberated while you are still chained down by acne. You might doubt me for just because I am a new member but I tell you that simply lurk a forum around until I feel the need or importance of posting like this one.

I'll consult those who have undergone this regimen to help out in this thread for questions and answers. But for this threads sake please read it back and forth a couple of times to fully understand it as a whole. Then before you hit that reply button seek others post if they have already raised your question and if it has been already answered. The process: Work on recovering healthy skin by avoiding things that damage or irritate your skin. Simultaneously, enhancing your diet and lifestyle to assist on your skin's recovery. After the recovery, live life to the fullest not bound by acne!

Recovering your Healthy Clear Skin
How with a Brief Why:
  • Put your self in a semi-qurantined environment. This is to avoid extreme particles to get onto your currently damaged skin. And to relieve you from the stress of self-consciousness while experiencing the worst parts of this regimen.
  • Stop all topicals. Definitely unnatural. After using all those products did you have clear skin without relying on them? Okay, you know it.
  • Observe and drop anything that irritates your skin. It is widespread why we avoid skin irritation. Now, this is where the tricky part comes in. The part of this regimen where the rational thinking of today's society is meaningless. And some might even sound absurd but still do it and see how it affects you.
    • If make-up causes you to break out, drop it.
    • If a certain food causes you to break out, drop it.
    • If a certain action causes you to break out, drop it.
    • If washing your face with water breaks you out, drop it.
    • If you shampoo everyday, drop it for a couple of days and observe at how lively your hair will become once it naturally moisturizes it with your own oil. Then shampoo only when you need to. Over washing your hair will do you no good and you know it with all these years of experience with dry, frizzy hair even if you religiously shampoo, right?
    • If you are putting anything natural on your face as a regimen before starting this regimen, drop it. Even if it is natural in the sense that it is abundant and from nature, it is still unnaturally present in our skin. Hope you do get the point and not argue with it. You can try using it again once you recover your healthy skin but for now drop it.
    • If there's something I wasn't able to mention but is irritating or causes you to break out then drop it.
  • Enhance your diet with foods that is known to help in skin repair.
  • Exercise and let the sweat on your face air dry but pat with towel your dripping sweat. This is very important! Do not overlook this and it is for your overall health too. Read Cardio Exercise
  • If you dropped water, absolutely never let water touch your face no matter how worse it looks. Doing so will make the process longer. Actually, it is strongly advised to drop water to really see if this works for you or not. Washing your face will hinder the things that must happen.

Continue with this until your skin becomes healthy once again which means it has recovered.

This regimen works on a case-to-case basis. That is why this is adjustable to your preferences due to different individual situations we are in.

What to Expect
  • Oiliness. Will last for a few days to a week. This is a sign that your skin will restore it's natural moisturizer, sunscreen and acid mantle.
  • Dead Skin Mask. Will last as long as the skin needs it. This will form to protect the recovery process of your skin underneath it. Once recovery is done, this will subside naturally on it's own.
  • Flaking. Will last as long as there's the dead skin mask. This will let the excessive dead skin fall off. Let it be as it does it's job perfectly fine and no intervention from you is needed.
  • Healthy Skin. Will last forever in your lifetime if you are responsible enough to take care of it. Finally, the end result of this regimen.
  • Pimples. Of course, we are just human beings. A pimple or two every now and then is perfectly normal. But if you break out, there must be something that caused it and it's part of your responsibility to determine and avoid.

Important Note: The Dead Skin Mask and Flaking will determine how much clear your face would be. This is because shedding the dead skin cells is the most effective way to get rid of red marks left by pimples. Warning:"Do not" interfere by making your self flake more than it needs to thinking that doing so will make your skin clearer. Let it do it's work alone.

What to Do after You Recover Your Healthy Skin
  • Once flaking stops, it's time to introduce water to your skin.
  • Wash your face with water at night. Do this only once and observe if you will breakout the next couple of days.
  • If nothing happens, then wash your face every other day at night and observe if you will breakout.
  • If nothing happens, then wash your face every night. And that should do it.
  • But the best thing is to wash only when you need to, routine is evil leading to over washing. And you know that over washing leads to break out right? Okay, now you know it.
  • If you think your skin is healthy enough to wash every morning and night then it's up to you to find out.
  • If you want to introduce soap of any kind, it's up to you.
  • It is your skin, so you know best what to do with it.
  • Don't be bound by the burden of thinking that you will breakout anytime. It will just cause you stress and in worst case scenario, you really will break out.
  • Live life to the fullest, think of it as the continuation of your life before acne.

For those who successfully implemented this most effective and safest regimen in their life, congratulations! You are now free of acne nightmare and will forever be, just remain vigilant of whatever you might eat or do that will cause you to break out again. And if ever you break out again, don't go panic repeating all your mistakes in the past putting chemicals on your face, but instead calmly give your skin the time it needs to recover and shoot out that thing that caused you to break out.
