Oily from wearing glasses?

I have started wearing my glasses everyday now and find I am very oily and get more breakouts on the bridge of my nose and between my eyes.

Does anyone else have this issue???

Any advice on what to do???

Hollywood Tape

So, I have an awards night coming up and I have a fantastic dress and heels, but I will need Hollywood Tape to keep the dress in place.

Has anyone used Hollywood Tape and does it last all night, cause I don't have an entourage to fix it half way through the night

Although all of us here are burdened with acne, we shouldn't let it rule what life has to offer us.

Don't let great opportunities in life slip by just because of a skin condition.

I'm nearly 40 and not once did I let acne get in the way of what I wanted out of my life so far. I am a happy, healthy '30 something' female living a great life regardless of my acne.

You will never be 14 again, you will never be 19 again, you will never be 25 again, you will never be 32 again. Live life for what it offers you and try to ignore acne, just even once

Low self esteem...

So I was at a new year's day party today and this woman I had met a couple of times previously says to me 'Oh, what happened?' pointing at either side of my nose where there is minimal reddness. Well I've been on holidays for the last month and have gone makeup free since summer is here and my skin is blemish free (feeling confident with my skin). So I say to her 'it's my acne'. She looks at me quizzically as if she's never noticed my acne before, then proceeds to tell me I should go to her beautician with her, blah, blah, blah...

My point is that I didn't feel self conscious at all, in fact I felt over confident compared to how she was. Meaning, I felt she has very low self esteem to have to point out the small imperfection I have, whilst all the while looking up at me from her 4 foot stance and width. Yet, I never thought to ask 'Oh, what happened?' pointing to her size. Let alone the fact she is married yet trying to hit on the host at the party.

Don't get me wrong, I do not judge people on their appearance. I just found this whole situation quite rude!

When did you realise?

Okay, I'm usually hopeless at reading what my body is telling me, so I was wondering if you guys could tell me how you came to realise a certain food caused your acne? And what food was it?

I believe dairy is a culprit for me, as I was a huge cheese addict and since quitting, I have not had any papules/pustules/cysts, although it did coincide with starting on B5.
