If You Workout I Need Your Help!

Hey guys, I have a bit of a problem.

I wash my face in the morning and before I go to bed, and it seems to be a good balance because it doesn't irritate my face too much and it's enough to help keep my face clean.

Recently, however, I've decided to join the Canadian reserves and I' currently training for it. This requires me to go the gym almost everyday and do a pretty hard workout including cardio, strength training and stretching.

The problem is the only feasible time for me to go is around 3pm, right after school. And so I'm washing my face 3 times a day all of a sudden, which for my skin at least is too much, and makes me breakout. I've tried not washing my face after my workout but that just leads to me breaking out a lot on my forehead because of the sweat.

Today I switched to just splashing water on my face, which I hope will be a happy medium for my skin. So if any of you workout a lot can you help me? And has anyone else had this problem?

Okay, So What Can I Eat?

Lately it seems more and more foods are being added to the laundry list of things that cause acne, meanwhile the foods that help acne, or have no effect keeps getting smaller. I'm finding it very stressful to have a good diet, in term of taste and health benefits. So why don't we make a list of all the foods that we know are good or safe, 100%!

I'll start if off:

-Vegetables (Specifically spinach, greens)
