I have been using the vinegar treatment for my back for maybe 6 months now. At the start, it was brilliant. I started clearing up and everything was going well. I was using Japanese Rice Vinegar before a shower maybe once or twice a day.

However, I then moved to a more humid climate. The vinegar was still working with maybe a few more outbreaks, but I understood the reason for this.

Just before Christmas 2012, I switched the soap I was using in the shower to Cetaphil Cleansing Bar. This broke me out big time. I have now decided to stop using all soap on my back and instead I apply Apple Cider VInegar with some Tea-Tree Oil on my back with a cleansing pad before I shower. 

 

For all those interested, I will keep this updated weekly. If I do not see results within 2 weeks, I may resort back to the soap I was using before Christmas (Dove Beauty Bar).

 

Anybody with question feel free to ask, and also anybody with advice is very welcome!

Hey all, I have recently started using Japanese Rice Wine Vinegar on my Bacne and scars. I use a cotton pad to apply it to my neck and upper back but due to my inflexibility, I find it difficult to apply to harder to reach areas of my back.

As I don't fancy dislocating my shoulder (lol), does anybody have any advice for applying the vinegar? Hope this works

Has anybody used tea-tree oil on their acne? If so what was their experience of it like? I found some in my home recently and it mentions using it on acne, so I am curious now. Some people in the reviews mention it as soothing and drying out active acne...

Any opinions?

I am wondering if anybody has any opinions on solely cleansing and moisturising and their effectiveness without BP?
I have been using BP with nearly 2-3 years now, but it is becoming quite expensive for a student like myself....so does anybody have any experience with using the regimen minus BP? BP has worked so good by the way, and my acne is less than mild now, only a couple of pimples at the moment

Any experiences would be great.

So I had to stop using the Head and Shoulders treatment, as it made me break out. So after reading other posts I have decided to try and use Dove for a change. Using the Dove Beauty Bar for Sensitive Skin....anybody had results after using this? Any experiences with it?
