Marks daily apple doesn't think that saturated fats are bad at all and every paleo guru i've read recomends coconut oil as the number 1 oil to cook with.  I use it with almost every meal and it is the least of my worries diet wise.

You know MDA? That's cool

im not here to debate jus saying it stripped all the oil off my face and my glands were working overtime to produce more

What you just said is the biggest urban myth of them all.  It was SOUNDLY refuted more than 50 years ago in a study done by some world-famous dermatologists, and it's been refuted again in various other tests since then.

I see that you're a newbie here, so let this be the first thing you learn:  washing your skin does NOT make it produce more sebum.  The sebaceous glands produce sebum continuously, without regard to how much is sitting on the surface.

Bryan, his skin is clear. I bet he doesn't care. Nor do I frankly.
