#3420741 Just Got Subcision

Posted by luvskincare13 on 16 March 2014 - 11:38 PM

I doubt I could take a close up pic of him without wondering what the hell I am doing. If I told him I am sure he would think I was a weirdo. I can describe it though. Its a deep vertical scar right above is upper lip that he got from the corner of the car door slamming into his face. It cut him pretty deep and he bleed for awhile and it eventually scarred. Its deeper than yours. But seriously no one would care about it at all. Not even me and I think I am sensitive to scarring on the face because it can remind me of my own:(   Your scar is not offensive.

#3413158 Type Of Scarring? Help!

No surgery please. Leave your small minor scar alone and forget about it. This one small scar is not anything. It wouldnt even be anything to those with perfect skin. The severity my friend is all in your head. You look like a good looking guy. Get on with your life and ENJOY!!!!!!

The place I was thinking about going to to have the dermapen treatments does a 20% tca/jessner immediately following treatment so I would think if your skin can handle it it should be fine.

I dont mean to be insensitive but I think this is in your head. Your skin looks totally normal and fine to me. I suggest you figure out whats really bothering you because your skin is not the problem.

I think Starlite makes a great point.

At this point not sure if I will pursue laser. I really do need to get some more insight. I know Dudley has had great success with Repair but I have a feeling that our skin type is very different.

Yeah I wouldn't take that chance. I think wearing sunscreen is very important to keep skin looking healthy.
