Yeah, may as well start adding wheat items back into the mix and see what happens. I went gluten free for 2 months last summer and it did nothing =(

yeah, def switch. and if that doesn't work, get a good primer. monistat chafing gel actually work surprisingly well as a primer, and it's pretty cheap.

i've tried everything linachu has tried and I can vouch that they're all great products! I don't wear as much makeup as i used to but MAC got me through the worst acne period of my life! their studio fix line is great. I've also been using Dermablend concealers for 6 years =)

ugh, i skimped on my regimen for a few days and now i have tonsssss of flaking. no redness, just flaking =(. the worst part about it is when i think i got all the flakes off with my scrub and then i go to put my makeup on and as i'm applying it more and more flakes start to come off! it looks so nasty. i slathered on shea butter tonight, i hope that'll do the trick! if it doesn't, i'll put on some hydrocortisone for *just* one night to give my skin a boost.

my skin's also adjusting to the weather, i think...it changed from very cold to very warm in just a few days! i think some of the flaking and the fact that i'm breaking out is due to this sudden change...is that possible? i'm hoping that if i just make sure to keep up with my skincare it'll improve within the week...
