I first found out about this method from Michelle Phan. It's really similar to the baby brush method. However, instead of using a baby brush, you use a spin toothbrush!
Why a spinbrush?
The tooth brush exfoliates your skin at a steady pace, getting rid of dead skin cells that can clog pores.
Where can I get one?
You can purchase a spinbrush at pretty much any drugstore. Make sure the bristles are soft before you buy it though! If they aren't, simply run a pumice stone over it until it's as soft as you want it.
How do I do it?
Look here for more info.
How often should I do it?
I can get away with doing it twice a day, but some people with sensitive skin may have to do it less. You should start with 2 times a week and work your way up if you feel that you need to do it more often.
Which exfoliant should I use?
I like to use one or two dissolved asprin tablets with some honey, but whatever works for you is okay. Just make sure that it's even and won't tear your skin. (Stay away from apricot scrubs!)
Six weeks later:
Can everyone use this method?
Yes! But like I said, those with sensitive skin should do it less often.
