I give up, my skin is just not improving in any way, it is actually getting worse on Paleo due to severe constipation, if I have to guess. I feel bad for giving up, but it's been almost 45 days.
I will obviously still eat as natural as possible, but this is ridiculous. I'm going to start eating brown rice and GF oats. Will also opt for natural sourdough rye bread. Other than that, lots of veggies, fruit, nuts, eggs, fish and chicken.
I'm going to try and overdose a bit on pre- and probiotics to get things moving. Also maybe do a fibre supp and see how it goes.
Bartek, you struggle with gastritis? Is that like constant diarhea? That is opposite to me, hehe!
i have managed to clear my skin by eating fruit, veggies, eggs, nuts, free range beef, sheep and chicken. but my skin remains oily, its so funny actually, because normally i will break out from the excess oil. anyone else on a grain and dairy free diet with similar problems. i'm definately not complaining, i'll rather have oily skin than acne. can it be the fruit, i eat about 5 pieces of fruit per day.
paleo helps a lot with preventing the blockage of pores (by promoting the natural shedding of the skin, i think).
