I read your pdf. Your pale yellow stools and stringy bits are identical to my stool. I have found a solution to this problem. Please get in touch so I can send you the ebook for you to try. I would be very interested to know why this is happening. I hope my solution, while not a cure, will return you to normal strength and health and weight, as it has me.

The diet is 100% free and the ingredients are cheap and easily available, but it does require changes in diet and maybe sleep pattern. It is easy enough for me to do when so sick I can hardly get up at all for the entire day, so I think you'll be able to do it, if you want to.

GENERAL:

I retested ox bile (cholacol) after getting everything else right. While is does improve stool quality for fatty foods, it is too harsh on my damaged intestinal lining, resulting in mild pain and energy drop. Therefore I've discarded it. UDCA is much milder and better, it seems.

I tried plain organic kefir and it had a tremendous positive effect on energy, sleep, digestion and mood.

ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS PALE STOOL AND SOMETIMES STRINGY, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH.

Oh wow!  Found something on the mucous strings right next to the article about bile deficiency.  Get to a doctor quick, ideally a naturopathic one that can lead you through a BADLY NEEDED DETOX and screen you for allergies.

Wow! You had Cipro too! Florquinlones are just as bad! Thank You for your story and your quote! You know out of curiosity were you ever checked for interstitial cystitis? I know a few suffers who had thier bladder/uretha dried up and was eventually dx with interstitial???

Hi Oli Girl,

I have been to so many urologists it's not even funny.  One of my least favorite tests was having a dozen electrodes inserted into my bladder while two people watched me urinate while propping myself up on a porta potty without doors. LOL!  I'm sure one of them diagnosed me with something somewhere along the line and it does sound familiar.  So... probably, and if I ever get around to reading my medical records again I will confirm it with you.

I stopped having constant bladder infections when I did a couple things.  First, I delved heavily into a juicing regime, of granny smith apples with carrots, and various green juices.  I began eating a lot of raw honey.  Then I had 5 root canaled teeth extracted and let the abcesses heal.  During this time I also used medical marijuana which brought down the inflammation in my body and also helped me to poop.  I tried to turn my body from acidic to alkaline.  I haven't had a bladder infection since March of 2012!

Bohemian, is your stool also abnormally pale, and if so what is the explanation?

No, my stool is not pale.  Poop gets its brown color from bile salts in the liver.  Pale stools are indicative of a biliary issue (pancreas, gallstones, hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver). Apparently another cause can be taking antacids.

It is essential for you to eat LOTS of fresh organic produce.  Avoid anything greasy, your system is unable to process it, as confirmed by your description of your poop.

In Topic: Is Anyone Else Scared Of The Dentist Because Of Your Acne?

10 February 2013 - 03:44 PM

The dentist(s) probably think I'm weird when they ask if I want to see my teeth in the handheld mirror they have and I decline because I don't want to see my face.

This is very sad  :(

See a holisitic / biological / mercury free dentist.  There are documented cases of metal toxicity in connection with acne (and other health problems).

Ask Your Dentist About Your Acne

If you have a stubborn case of acne and your dermatologist has tried everything without success, you might want to visit your dentist.

A Vanderbilt University researcher says there is evidence that an abscessed or infected tooth could be the culprit in difficult cases of acne vulgaris. This is a condition that affects about 80 percent of people between the ages of 11 and 30 and is usually treated by oral or topical antibiotics.

The dental connection to this form of acne was found in the case of a 30-year-old patient whose acne erupted as soon as medications were halted. However, when an abscessed tooth was pulled, the acne disappeared, according to a recently published study in the dermatology journal, Cutis.

Actually, it turns out the same bacteria that causes acne - called P. Acne - is also present in the upper gastrointestinal tract and oral cavity.

What's odd is that the man in this case got another tooth infection and the acne returned. When the second tooth was treated, the acne left again.

The message seems to be that if you have an acne condition that is recurring and won't go away with the usual treatments, you might want to have a dental examination.

I frequently have long strings and clumps of strings in and around my stools.  When I do an enema lots come out with the water.

I took a picture and told my doctor.  I told him the "strings" looked as if there were whitish-yellowish long worms that had been split and gutted, but sometimes there would be a big clump of them.  He was stumped.

Then I saw a gastroenterologist.  He explained that it is normal where there is constipation.  (Which I have, and I see more strings when I haven't been able to eliminate for over a week).  He said it is MUCOUS lining the lower G.I. tract.

It's mucous.

Reading other people's experiences with Accutane.  So this could also partially explain a sudden weight loss of 50 lbs and my face looking so gaunt in the last year, so much white hair. And here I thought it was all stress. LOL!  We have done a number on our bodies, haven't we!
