someone help please- are the fish oil pills or capsules the same as the liquid- or at least comparable

and looking at costs it seems to be pretty expensive- or am i wrong

You should be fine taking fish oil pills. Go to walmart and buy a bunch. But you do need cod liver oil in liquid. If you can't find any take a vitamin A supplement a day and raise the fish oil amount as well as taking one extra calcium + D supplement to get all of the vitamin D your body needs daily in case you don't go out much.
Whatever you decide to do let me know and I can advice you to take exactly how much

Wait so u won't be doing the regimen while ur there? I think it will be interesting to see how your skin fares once you go off it, especially in a possibly non-industrialized area.

I have all my vitamins packed and ready to go, also extra b complex for extra stressful times. I just won't have my oils. I took fish oil capsules but only less than a gram a day, didn't have enough space for too many.

I just hope I hold up, I would be upset if it got ruined.

I've been trying the baby brush method for about 5 weeks, twice a week, and it doesn't seem to be doing anything?  Anyone know why?

All it will primarily do is take the role of exfoliation for your skin =)

Romeo,
First of all, thanks a lot.  I really appreciate all the time you take out to try and help people, its really generous.  Anyway, I've been using the baby brush method and it has almost completely stopped me from getting whiteheads and between the baby brush and using just water on my face I've stopped getting cysts as well.  Also, before this I couldn't even wash my face without it getting flaky and dry but now I can actually put warm water on my face without having to use moisturizer (I would love to use moisturizer but I've never found one that doesn't break me out).
However, the baby brush seems to be giving me lots of blackheads and little red bumps in certain parts of my face.  I really don't want to stop using the brush though because it has solved my dry skin and whitehead problem (I used to have 5 on a given day) but I don't like the red bumps and blackheads.  Do you think its my technique?  Any advice?

Wow that is good news to hear! I hope I am not too late, but check out my signature, it may help you further. I hope that can help you! I know those can stop as well smile.gif

Hi, I find this whole post really interesting. Im adding cod liver oil and olive oil to my diet. Do you think it would be ok to just add the cod liver oil at first instead of both that AND the fish oil. I *think* I may have had breakouts before with fish oil, so I'd rather add them one at a time so I know what, if anything, is breaking me out. Also, my skin isn't too bad, if I get completely clear with just cod liver oil, do you really think it's necessary to also add the fish oil? If I do that, should I take less oilve oil, so I don't get too much omega 6? Sorry for all the questions!

Well you will only get 800mg of omega 3 with just cod liver oil, but if you would like to add one first, add the cod liver oil first and if you get clear with just that and olive oil then that would be great! You then won't need anything else added in oils wise.

No you won't need less olive oil, because cod liver oil and olive oil are both completely different. Olive oil = omega 6 and 9 (anti-inflammatory fat, harmless omega 6 content). and cod liver oil = omega 3 and retinol =)
