Make him a green smoothie with kale and strawberries everyday.  Have him eat salmon.  Lots of broccoli.  Tons of water.

I wouldn't know best, a lot of the people on this forum know good substitutes.  I do not consume any type of dairy/milk.  I can say almond milk and that's about it.  Unsweetened of course.  Milk is one of the worst things for acne

#3412358 Can Stress Really Cause It? Please Help :(

Music.  Exercise.  Find a hobby that focuses 100% of your attention.  Look at all the successful people with acne and scars.  Even if you do care (which we all do) you have to act like you don't care.  Im still working on that part.  It is a gradual process but at least you have 2 arms and 2 legs.  Your 5 senses.  You have a heart.  There are lots of people who can look past peoples flaws and see the good in someone.  Good luck

sorry I meant im prone to sunburn more when I use Clearasil.  I hate having to use sunscreen all the time.  I tried coconut oil tonight only for 1 pimple and it is helping I think

I switched about a month ago or so to just using a cleanser and moisturizer.  My skin has been getting better but pimples take longer to go away.  I was using Clearasil with salicylic acid but read about its bad for your skin over time, and it makes me get sunburn quick.  I need like a spot treatment type thing for pimples but without all the harsh ingredients.  Salicylic acid worked great btw so idk...
