About Me

Just a girl trying to figure out this crazy world.  Finally decided that a support group is the best way to manage the stress and craziness of trying to calm down my hormonal breakouts.


I competed in bodybuilding last year 2013 for 10 months, as soon as I stopped and got back to regular life.  Nothing was regular anymore.  I stopped my period for over 11 months and what insued was an insane hormonal rollercoaster.  October 2013 I started getting noticeable breakouts more and more each month especially before my period along jaw line, chin and mouth area and on my back and chest.  This would be considered mild, but as you all know, anything that affects you is personal and can be detrimental as mild or severe it may be.  I want to find a way to balance myself and so I did a ton of research and cut out a TON of things:


Currently do not use any products that contain or eat any:






Amino Acids





Started taking 50 mg Spironolactone 12/30/2013 

Started Yasmin 1/2014


Started Blue/Red Light therapy at home with Carribbean Sun box 12/24/2013 (Merry xmas to me) stopped as this is not beneficial for comedonal acne which is the remainder of my issue now.


Supplementing with the following:


Vitamin A, E, C, D3, Turmeric, liquid Zinc, Cinnamon, Oregano Oil


I realized I beat myself up and my body so badly, so this is kind of the payback.  I am hear to listen, talk, provide support and receive it.  Feel free to message me anytime!  So thankful for all of you and this journey to beautiful clear complexion
