In Topic: Are There Any Salicylic Acid / Glycolic Acid Combination Face Pads?

You can try the Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Peel.

I purchased it from Sephora.

They are basically strong chemical peels, that you wipe on to your face and leave overnight.

About 20% AHA, and there is BHA as well but not in such high conc because BHA doesn't need to be high.

The packages are expensive however, and range from $50 to $80+ in CAD.

I used it bi weekly and noticed results after the first 3 uses.

It helped to fade my hyperpigmentation (AHA) which would take months to fade on its own.

So I guess you can just wait for the fading, or pay a huge chunk of money if you need clear skin very soon.

As for the BHA action, treating clogged pores, I still do not know if this product helped with that or didn't.

But the AHA did work.

But honestly its too expensive just to fade post-acne marks.

I mean they are going to fade on their own (slowly), so why waste $80 for it.

But it is a well trusted brand, so if money is not an issue then go for it! Good luck.

Where did you get this information from? It doesn't even say on the product packaging or website what the percentage of the pads are...

Yes the Dr. Dennis Gross peels are great! I've recently moved on to using the extra strength pads and they're very good. Yes, super expensive but definitely worth it. I don't have to worry about inflammation anymore (but that also has to do with diet). I do have comedones on my forehead but that could be from my makeup products. Other than that, my skin is really smooth and the bumps that do emerge are only tiny whiteheads that go away really quickly.
