Hey jbrown, I just let the water hit my face in the shower and very gently rub around my face with just my hand. Then pat dry. That's it.

I eat eggs pretty often.
Potatoes and beans not very often. Too many carbs and too starchy.
Oh yeah and I eat a significant amount of cheese to get calcium.

great, thanks. I don't want to bother you too much about it but I only have a one more thing to ask, thats about it. Do you eat...black beans, potatoes, or eggs? If not, curious as to why.

I eat a lot of red meat, lots of fat, vegetables, some fruits, occasionally some nuts, seeds or peanuts. You might lose weight eating this way, but if you are doing it right, the weight you are losing is just extra fat. I got a lot leaner, but a lot stronger too.

What do you eat? ... dominant foods in your diet. I see you work out, i swim, and i am curious. (I've been losing too much weight.)
