There is no cure for acne. Acne is a genetic disease just as down syndrome is a genetic disease, there is absolutely no way to fix bad genes.

Well that was quite negative sad.png Very true that there is no way to cure "bad genes", but there a certainly ways to to contain the acne and make things better!

EnoughisEnough, you say you're done with buying things from the medical community? Thats' okay! There are certainly organic and homeopathic ways to regulate your body and help fight acne. For starters it's good for your overall health to be on a strict vitamin regimen, but there are thousands of people that swear by supplements to keep their acne at bay. Also, there are washes, toners, exfoliators, and moisturizers that you can make yourself from all natural ingredients. This way you're sticking to your guns about not indulging in dermatologists/medical professionals, and doing something to help yourself!

Although I do not agree that dermatologists provide inadequate treatments, I respect your opinion and wish you the best of luck! smile.png

Believe me. I've done everything. I eat healthier. Take the most nutritious supplements. From Healthforce nutritionals and harmonic innerprizes. Heres the thing. My skin does look amazing..all but in one area. Vitamins help the inflammation BUT they can't stop oil glands from producing the wrong amount of oil.

Believe me when i tell you i take the most healthy and nutritious supplements. Ive been doing trial and error with them for 5 years.

acne has nothing to do with diet. people with normal functioning oil glands and keratinization can live off the most disgusting diet..smoke and drink etc and there skin will be clear. They will get wrinkles and age faster but acne ? no

NOW for hormonal acne, thats different..thats where supplementation does work. But you see I'm a guy. My skin was permanently damaged in one area. The rest of my skin is crystal clear.
