Thanks - I'm having success with the Neaclear but this is good to know.

CBIOT 13 and aanabil You are right, but it's nice to have a little discreet packet so it doesn't look like your carrying around a wad of toilet paper! Ha Ha.

The system I'm using has reduced my oil significantly so I haven't needed the wipes. That's the best solution.

I recently learned that BP actually slows down the healing process and therefore contributes to the red marks!

The Neaclear Liquid Oxygen system I have been using is really working for me. The moisturizer has vitamins and aloe that help heal the acne marks. And no BP. I have very little active acne anymore since starting the system. But now I'm working on getting rid of all the brown and red spots, (acne and sunburns) that I accumulated over the years.  I'm seeing improvement everyday.

Question: What exactly is IPL? Is it a light treatment or some type of laser treatment?

By the way, your skin doesn't look bad at all! Good Luck!

I know what you're talking about. Those tissues are called blotting tissues and they have cornstarch in them. And I think you can even get them in a variety of shades. Yeah, those work. You have to blot - not wipe of they will disturb your make up.

Does the regimen moisturizer contain BP? I know the Proactiv does. When you use a moisturizer with BP in it you are not washing it off so that chemical just stays on your skin all day. BP is like chemo therapy - you kill all the good bacteria too so your skin doesn't heal.

I've had great success with an all natural line called Neaclear - liquid oxygen. I use their acne wash, blackhead astringent - doesn't burn or sting, and acne moisturizer that isn't oily and no BP.

I gently exfoliate with a wash cloth a couple times a week. And I also touch up with the astringent after I exercise when my face is all sweaty.

Also recently saw on this website to be careful of some of the bare minerals make up because the bismuth (I think that was it) in it can irritate sensitive skin.

Oh, I also read that because BP disrupts the healing process, it contributes to the red marks and dark spots. Great to know now after years of BP use and a face full of brown spotseusa_think.gif

But I have hope because everyday I see some improvement and no more active breakouts!

Good luck!
