True holistic view to acne is the most important. I got it under control only when I put down my triggers, scientific articles I had and feeling what really caused me acne....and started following it all religiously.
Some hints: diet, sun, filtered water, inflammation control.
Gluten causes deficiency in selenium, magnesium, vitamin A, protein, vitamin D, iodine.
It tool 12 years to get full picture.
But now at least I know I can offer some advice. Proper advice. It took me 1 month and a half to write it all this down..but I am happy I did!
