this post of urs is something i can relate to because we had a small festival today and i had stuff like rosogolla(a sweet dairy balls dipped in sugar syrup) and some dessert,mutton curry which i usually dnt have.
specially the dairy-sweet combo sounds scary together,doesnt it?
but i have taken it easy and decided that no matter what i am not gonna fret about it all the time.
one,stressing is not gonna help me or my skin.
a lil' indulgence is actually worth it!
dairy and sugar are bad for acne in general but i am not sure if i am intolerant to them.if yes,then i would get cysts or at least some zits/acne etc for sure.
if not,then well - lets hope for the best.
to be more specific,i feel indulging once in a while in things u r NOT intolerant to allergic to is okay.
and the end of the day,no matter how proper and right it is to restrict one self,do not forget to live ur life.
so,let loose at times...just be careful but dnt stress a lot!

You're right about living your life though. I am not sure out of sugar, dairy, or grains what I am sensitive too since I quit all of it during p90x. But I am now going to be clean again and slowly try each and see how I react. Either way, I just wonder even if you do have an intolerance or react to something by reintroducing it, if maybe you eat it occasionally like once a week it would be okay.
You have to figure out what you can do.
You are right, I guess I was just seeing if anyone had a specific experience with occasional cheating with foods that cause them issues
