But if I take D3 i keep breaking out--I need some help with the right supplement to use. And the break out is cystic which leaves behind scarring.

What's your question smile.png?

If you're 99% clear I don't think you should worry smile.png

In Topic: Miracle Cure For All Diseases?

In Indian especially in the south we use it as a staple..not the extract but the moringa vegetable..its also called drumsticks.I use it in my lentil dishes every once in a while and it is delicious.I sometimes get it fresh at the Indian store in my city but more often than not get the frozen ones..I see its being touted as a cure all in the farmers market I go to also but really.don't know more about it.

My husband is planning to grow it in our backyard soon so we have them fresh.

I began taking this product called moringa oelifera ( I think I spelled it right).

So far I'm beginning to feel the great effects : lots of energy, better circulation to my hands and feet and my skin is clearing up quickly.

Apparently, this is a miracle cure plant, used in many countries.

The only thing I noticed is that when I drink milk, I feel the side-effects of milk are amplified since I began morgina.
I have a really bad rhinitis, I've used every single nasal spray on the market.
I would not have noticed that milk was causing my stuffy nose.

So I'm going to do my best, to not drink milk and use two scoops a day of moringa
I'll post updates each day.

mostly betacarotene..google carotenosis.

As the title says: i have yellow hands and feet!! Wtf?

I have no idea what caused it. I've been on a very healthy diet, where i only eat meat, vegetables, fruits and seed. I've also been taking some supplements: magnesium, zinc, d3, C and vitamin A(betacaroteen).

Any idea someone, because i'm clueless..

Yes Garbanzo bean flour. It works really well.

My brother still does and he says nothing works better. It is taking me time but I ultimately want to make the switch back. And my Mom is in her late 50s and has ditch black hair, no greys and she does not color. Her hair id soft and straight. She says its because of never using chemicals on her hair.

coconut oil on the hair is wonderful, I have never used any conditioner which does the job better.

Thanks for your input. Gram flour = garbanzo bean flour?

I've also found a reference about a lady famous for her lovely long hair not sure which century as women didn't tend to wear their hair long in that past several. Anyway, she advised not washing hair at all, just brushing. But the brushes needed to be washed between each use. That's the part I keep forgetting to do, although I am washing them often.

And I've been meaning to mention a couple of things.

1) my scalp isn't getting oily. At all. And 2) this will work great for anyone that styles their hair by just fluffing it up. When its a bit 'waxy' when I brush, it kind of flattens to joy head and feels stiff, but then I fluff with my fingers and its great again.
