I have a regime now where I need to shower more frequently and it's really causing hands to dry out, I 'm assuming from the contact of the cleansers and benzoyle peroxide and perhaps simply the rubbing motion on skin. I tried finger cots but those are expensive, sometimes catch on hairs and only protect top part of fingers. Where can I find simple plastic gloves that are water tight and without any powdering? I tried using elastic band but water and cleanser still get inside gloves.

Miliaria can easily be described as sweat being trapped under the skin causing bumps that often cause acne looking lesions, and cause intense itchy feelings. I started working out, lifting weights and going to the gym a year ago. I began this to feel better physically, mentally and to look better. Since then I have been plagued with this disease. I only had it diagnosed a few months ago but so far treatment has not helped very much. The disease just seems to spread, attacking new parts of my body. My shoulders and upper back are now littered with bumps and scars. My arms and chest are also showing signs of this infection. I am in better shape, but these rashes and red bumps are unsightly and sometimes I feel it's better to give up working out. I don't want to give up and I know I'll never have great skin, but I just want to manage this and minimize the damage. I am also trying to avoid picking at my skin in the hopes this will help, it's a bad habit.
