I agree with WishClean. Also if stress is YOUR CAUSE, then of course it can help.
I think it always helps to be optimistic and have a positive outlook on life.
When I did have acne,
some of the things i used to do were:
When I went to the bathroom, I washed my face in a semi-lit place. I didn't turn on the lights, but had a nightlight in there... lol
Also, I hung out with friends at night mostly because no lighting really... =)
Anddd the less I looked at it, the better it made me feel.
I also did things that made me happy such as listen to music, taking my dog for a walk, go swimming, showering, eating, and sleeping(!)
oh and cleaning for some weird reason because i'm really messy. Keep your mind occupied, and be surrounded by people that don't care. I chose my dog because animals don't care what you look like as long as you feed them and show them some love.
