How Do I Get Rid Of My Pimple?

I usually don't break out, but the pimple that I circled has been on my face for the past two months. Now I'm worried it won't go away. >< Is there anything I can do to make it heal faster? I've tried the Queen Helene Mint Julep  mask but it hasn't worked for me. Thanks!!
